I warmly suggest staying at Tianya. It was my second time in Chongqing and it ticks all the boxes - location, the view (!), kind and helpful staff. Plus, on the terrace of the hotel you can see the famous drone show Saturday's at 8h30 pm. The room was clean, spacious, excellent amenities and all devices worked (A/C, fridge etc...) ❤️💯

The room clearly showed its age, but the facilities inside have been renovated to a very modern standard. The hotel building itself is also quite old. The elevators were a bit slow. However, apart from these points, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from Raffles City and a wholesale center, and it's also convenient to walk to Jiefangbei. The view from the room was also great. Service: I especially want to commend the hotel staff. They were all incredibly patient and would even help carry heavy items if they saw you struggling. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful, making my stay very pleasant. I truly felt like a VIP 🥰. If I could give six stars, I definitely would! 😍 Thank you to all the staff for your attentive hospitality and service! I'll definitely come back to stay if I have the chance!

Stayed as an English only speaking couple, incredible view and room was very clean. No smell of smoke in the room and was cleaned daily to a high standard. Can be difficult to find the hotel the very first time but the hotel messaged via we chat to guide us before we arrived and from there o it was easy. Staff even let us order food via their phone as we didn’t have a Chinese phone number. Bath shares the same view out the main windows as shown which was amazing combined with the English movies and tv they provide on the TV which was rare for us to find in china. Hotels in a great location staring straight at raffles city in the heart of chongqing. Loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming plus the view was great. That said the rest of the hotel is questionable… We had a dead cockroach in the room and other insects on the bed one night, often didn’t get towels or only big / small ones and not all and the faucet at the bathtub barely worked and took hours to fill up.

The best stay of our lives. The hotel itself was incredible, and the views certainly did not disappoint. The highlight however was the kind and attentive staff. We highly recommend staying at the hotel!

Satisfied! The front desk service was proactive and attentive, the room quality matched expectations, and the view was as anticipated! Everything was great except for the garage elevator, which was a bit tricky. However, properties with this kind of view are usually older buildings, so you can't have it all. Overall, I recommend it for booking consideration!

The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Raffles City, and the night view is stunning. There's also a balcony where you can enjoy the night scenery. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the front desk. They called a day in advance to confirm my reservation and sent WeChat messages with directions and other important information. When I asked for nail clippers, they thoughtfully disinfected them before handing them to me. They even gave me a gift upon check-out. It's these thoughtful details that made my stay so comfortable. Service: Five stars, extremely satisfied. Environment: The night view is absolutely beautiful.

The hotel experience was amazing, the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and lovely. The view from the room was pretty and could also watch the drone show from the hotel which was mesmerising! This hotel is also close by a lot of attractions

The elevator was convenient, the room had a great night view, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is right next to Raffles City. The room view is beautiful, especially the night scenery. The front desk lady was very nice and patient, even recommending nearby restaurants to us. We were all very satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The view from our room was breathtaking—waking up to that panorama every morning was a dream. Fantastic! A bit pricey, but the location and views totally make it worth it! The room was super spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's truly beautiful, next time I'll definitely stay longer and just relax at the hotel. The staff even helped with laundry, which was a nice touch! Oh, the only minor issue was waiting a long time for the elevator.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent close to metro, beautiful view, and the staff are very helpful. I was very impressed.
