Very friendly staff, clean rooms, free shuttle.

Seems a little old and bed and pillow aren’t very comfy for someone who has back pain. Booked this only because we had a late night arrival flight. Right next to airport so out of the way of main attractions

Close to airport, free pick up until 12am, room space is enough big, very simple breakfast.

Was a convenient location by car but it is a 20 min walk to the mrt. Great amenities in the room — even has Pantene shampoo! Honestly good for travellers who need to wake up early the next day to catch a flight as they have airport shuttle.

The room was nice that there was no bugs or no bad smells, and it was cleaned well. I had breakfast there, and it was simple and well designed. Also, staffs were kind.

It's a nice place to stay which is surrounded by many shops. Only the main gate is small that we firstly hesitated whether it is the correct place. However, the staff and others are helpful.

Hotel is great. Straight line distance to airport may seem short, but it is actually a 15min taxi ride. Photos are not real. There are very old buildings outside the hotel. It feels more like the hotel is sandwiched between 2 old buildings. The neighborhood is old, but it is safe and there are small bakeries and convenience stores. The hotel isn’t as pretty as the photos, but it is clean and my smoke free room is truly smoke free. Very comfortable room, but the bathroom & toilet is a bit awkward. The shower and toilet is side by side and the basin is outside the toilet/ shower, the first thing you see when u open the door. Service is amazing. Help me with food delivery order, loading luggage onto my ride (staff are ladies)(need to board along the road) and take the trouble to explain how some things work in China. I actually don’t mind staying in the same hotel again (given the comfort & service) though I feel so cheated by the photos and straight line distance to the airport. Should have taken some photos, I just didn’t think I will post a review then.

The friendliest and most wonderful group of people who run this hotel. The young ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to get us comfortable and well rested. The breakfasts were awesome. The older aunties running the noodle bar were just the sweetest. They were so patient and the food was 10/10. Also the front desk ladies need a round of applause dealing with all our random needs, like a steamer. Also, let’s not forget the cleaning ladies. They were so great and fast at their job and it was so pleasant to always say “Hi” to them. If given the option and opportunity of visiting CQ, I would stay here again. I would also recommend any foreigners to stay here. It close to line 3 and 10 if you need to get downtown CQ. Also there is a few local markets near the hotel, that I would recommend to anyone staying to check out. PS. Go to the vegetable market and buy some fresh buns and bread in the morning. You’ll love them!

Very clean, cosy and convenient hotel at the given price. Of course there are more luxurious options but for a stay to explore the city and to catch a flight, it’s value for money.

Location is near to the airport, hotel offers free ride to the airport. Service is also great, staff is helpful and friendly. However, room smells like cigarettes. There is no hand soap provided at the basin area.

The hotel's convenient location is perfect for late arrivals or early departures. During our brief stay, we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle service and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Coffee/tea was not provided in the room, which was a disappointment as it’s essential for people who need to catch an early flight. The inclusion of smart technology was a modern touch. However, our sleep was interrupted twice by the TV turning on by itself.
