Overall good and worth for money as the room quite comfortable and not that small. Only the aircon if is more cooling and also the TV not working. The front desk do offered us to change room however because is just 1 night, therefore we stick to the original room. The front desk service is good, nice 民宿, would definitely stay again if i need to be around 重庆北站. The nearest mrt is 龙头寺, alot of food around.

It was good for overall. I had a problem in my bathrooms door in previous room. The hotel gave me a sweet room which was better. Upgrade room without any charge. One of hotel staffs which named 娜娜 Nana helped a lot. She is very kind. She prepared a breakfast box for my field trip leaving very early morning next day. She gave me a gift of waterbottle when I left. The hotel is little bit old and far from downtown but it was quiet and worth comparing a hotel in downtown.

酒店在中央公園旁，方便逛公園。離博覽中心很近方便出差參加展會。房間裝修風格符合大眾審美，設施很新簡約整潔。帶洗衣機方便出差人士。晾衣服有晾衣架方便。衞生做的很好，被子潔白乾凈。如果馬桶是智能的就完美了。

Hotel is located in residential and local business area, conveniently within walking distance to subway station. Hotel front desk staff, house keeping and laundry service are all excellent . We feel happy and very comfortable staying here. Breakfast is also very nice with many choices and variety from day to day. It was close to 8 PM on the day of my scheduled stay, but after I provided evidence of my flight cancellation, they processed the refund promptly and without any hassle—a level of service that immediately set them apart. On my return to the US, I booked another stay here. In the rush of departure, I accidentally left my charger in the room. The hotel promptly messaged me, and, when I requested that they mail it to me, they sent it to the address I provided without delay. The charger arrived in less than a day, which was not only incredibly convenient but also a true lifesaver! The hotel itself is immaculately clean and very modern. My room was equipped with AI-powered features that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I could control everything—from lights and the TV to the air purifier and humidifier—using voice commands, which was extremely convenient. The service was outstanding and personalized. The staff went above and beyond by arranging airport pick-up, providing a wake-up call, and ensuring seamless transportation back to the airport, which made my journey worry-free. 酒店離重慶北站走路要15分鐘，而且還要過一個天橋和地下通道，大部分都還是樓梯、對提箱子的人很不友好，那一塊的酒店都慎選。其它都還行，酒店大堂在B座5樓，負一樓就是一個大超市、後面早餐、中餐店都有。吃東西很方便、碗雜麪好吃、13元一碗。

住過多次了，總體感覺環境不錯，設施不錯，服務也可以，性價比較高。本次入住感覺不太好，酒店管理有很大退步。一是房間地面有煙頭，二是牀頭櫃裏瓜子皮，也不知道怎麼搞的衞生，就隨便安排客人入住，感覺衞生管理方面存在問題。請加強管理，保持酒店良好聲譽。
