The hotel promptly messaged me, and, when I requested that they mail it to me, they sent it to the address I provided without delay. The charger arrived in less than a day, which was not only incredibly convenient but also a true lifesaver! The hotel itself is immaculately clean and very modern. My room was equipped with AI-powered features that made my stay exceptionally comfortable. I could control everything—from lights and the TV to the air purifier and humidifier—using voice commands, which was extremely convenient. The service was outstanding and personalized. The staff went above and beyond by arranging airport pick-up, providing a wake-up call, and ensuring seamless transportation back to the airport, which made my journey worry-free. Overall, this hotel delivered on every level, with attentive service, advanced amenities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction that left a lasting impression.
