看着視頻號認識的加盟店老闆何依依而來住她的店，現在除了主流的華住系，亞朵系，錦江系，確實有不少年輕品牌想在酒店連鎖運營這塊沖出來，也有不少想進入酒店運營的業主確實沒有過多的籌建，運營經驗。也有不少年輕的客户不那麼鍾情於全季亞朵水晶等。這個店位置選址超級棒，一貫的網紅台階旁邊，江景無敵，但物業有其他酒店，特別是酒店樓層任何客人都可以到達這是一個硬傷。酒店服務不錯，相應的也有，不過那個下午茶確實可有可無，品質太一般，也理解成本所限，但是畢竟相對於房間溢價來説可以稍微好一點。房間估計24平左右，裝修造價控制的比較好，所以床品啥的也還可以，衞生做的也不錯。最後下樓梯的時候，遇到三個員工，其中一個較為熱情，另外兩個明知我們是顧客的情況下沒有太多的情緒，當然下班了可理解，但是何總對於團隊凝聚力的打造還有很長的路要走。
