真的無語死了，連着住了三天，沒得一天省心的，不是看在住在這裏方便點，真的想換個地方，第一天給我開個房間，結果進屋還有一個男的在床上躺着，前台一直道歉，都覺得無所謂了，誰沒犯錯，結果第二天，換了個房間，房卡拿上來打不開門，叫打掃衞生的阿姨開一下門，還惹得人家阿姨不高興，這些都算了，第三天，明明一早下去給前台説續住了，房卡也給我們制了，結果中午一直敲門，最後最後打電話過來叫我們退房，真的，你們不會看訂單嗎，這些都算了，下午逛了一趟回來，我一個孕婦也逛累了，就想回酒店休息，上小廁所，結果又開不了門了，打前台電話一直在通話中，那分鐘真的無語了，真的特別想罵人，跑來跑去不累嗎，你們這些前台業務能力真的那麼差麼，主要不是一個前台，我曾經也幹酒店前台七八年，真的，不知道是怎麼上崗的，酒店環境，設施還是可以，哎，其他也不想多説，明天不會再住這裏了，真的跑來跑去太累了

Nobody seeds to know where Tianchen Road is. Even when we fond the road, neither shopkeepers, nor police or student-age people were able to direct us to the Normal University and kept sending us in opposite directions. It is actually the closest hotel to the station: if you stand with your back to McDonald's it will be on the left side of the road ahead of you. The control point into the University's grounds are located 10 metres from exit 4 of Shapingba metro station. Very nice room with sockets by the bedside and adapters made available. No tea or coffee for breakfast, no bread either. Staff was very caring and put the air-conditioning on for us as it was all in Chinese. Could not figure out how to turn the telly on. Strong WiFi.

Language barrier was a problem, but with Wechat, communication was made manageable. Great location with access to shop and mall. The staff at the hotel were very friendly.
