Room was lovely and warm. Quiet away from the street. Unfortunately one side of the bed was broken which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

We were very happy with our stay at 311 Motel Riccarton. The staff were very friendly and were able to hold our bags as we arrived before checkin time. A bus stop right outside the Motel. Thank you

Don't expected too much. Very basic motel and the internet not reliable. Reason to choose this motel because it is close to university. Will make a better choice next time.

There is still water in the kettle, so I don't dare to use it. Everything else is OK.

It was enough to warm up my cold body after finishing the Uncounted Dolphin Tour. I was especially touched by the friendly welcome from the female manager when checking in.

We stayed her at the start and end of our South Island trip. This motel is conveniently located, free on site parking and nice comfortable rooms. Definitely one to consider when in Christchurch

Very friendly reception staff - I was leaving very early the next morning and that was no bother. Close to and easy access to Christchurch airport. Supermarket and restaurants just down the road made for a nice walk after a day's driving. Room was very comfortable - good sound proofing, did not hear the main road at all. Nice modern bathroom. I didn't use the kitchenette, or the heat pump (but appreciated that there was a heat pump if needed). Great value for money.
