Pulau yang hangat itu sangat cantik kerana wabak itu, saya tidak boleh pergi ke luar negara kerana menyusahkan untuk membawa bayi saya ke Sanya. Datang ke sini adalah alternatif yang baik. Saya boleh berpura-pura bercuti di tepi laut dan perkhidmatan kakitangannya sangat bagus. Soalan dan keperluan yang munasabah semuanya responsif. Beautiful place to stay right opposite the lake. Both of us slept very well here and the bed was so comfortable! It was quiet and clean . Would recommend staying here

Kali ini saya memilih Hilton untuk perjalanan Tasik Qiandao dan saya tidak kecewa. Lokasi hotel sangat baik, betul-betul di tepi tasik, dan persekitarannya juga baik. Bahagian dalamnya agak besar dan sangat megah. Kakitangan sangat bersemangat, terutamanya perkhidmatan yang mesra dan teliti semasa penginapan Dora benar-benar penuh perhatian. Sarapan pagi juga agak kaya, pelbagai, kemudahan agak lengkap, aktiviti ibu bapa-anak juga kaya, anak-anak sangat gembira dan akan datang lain kali Sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

酒店的啤酒很好喝，辦好入住就送了伴手禮，兩瓶啤酒，一盒啤酒面膜，嘿嘿嘿，幫我們帶到房間以後裏面還放了兩瓶啤酒，看了一圈，整體裝飾都是以啤酒為主的，包括床上的抱枕都是啤酒瓶的，很好玩哈哈哈 房間很乾凈，佈置也很好看，有個小陽台，據服務員介紹晚上搞活動還能在陽台上欣賞節目，酒店贈了啤酒浴券，不得不説，很舒服啊，泡完以後有淡淡的啤酒香，皮膚也滑滑的，休息的時整好了茶和小吃

本來旅行已經結束準備回家，結果兩孩子一定要再住一天酒店，臨時決定去千島湖躺平一天，預訂了祺悦度假村，自駕過來感覺比之前住的酒店要偏一些，但是到了酒店發現這邊很舒服，酒店獨立一塊空間，前台幫忙升級了湖景房，自助早中晚三餐全包，就不用出去覓食啦，酒店裡麪孩子玩的東西也很多，有籃球場，蹦床，乒乓，K歌室，電影室等，雖沒有一一體驗，但是兩個孩子選了自己喜歡玩的，還是非常開心，臨退房前，小寶説，媽媽，你真的捨得退掉這麼好的酒店嗎？一次愉快的住店體驗，推薦給想輕鬆帶娃的朋友！

The hotel is in a remote area, not very close to the Central Pier or the railway station. The personal is very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are a little old. There are details that don't make it the best hotel to stay at, but price / quality raport it is not bad. It is close to the Beer factory and there are many restaurants that offer good food and drought beer in that area. There is also a karts circuit nearby, and other similar attractions.

訂了兩晚單卧套房，房間很寬敞，衞生很好很乾凈，服務也非常負責，第一天晚上還送了兩份陳皮蓮子紅豆沙的甜品，女兒專門給她備了小童洗漱用品，衹要有要求有問題告訴服務人員都會幫你解決，酒店內坐了遊艇，兜了一圈千島湖湖景，一個小時，下午還玩了未來水世界，水上項目很豐富，女兒很喜歡玩，玩得很開心，當然大人也很開心，刺激的水上摩託😁、女兒和爸爸合作的皮划艇。昨天吃飯前還到酒店的露天泳池遊了一個小時泳，因為是室外泳池，對着湖光山色，風景很美，女兒特別開心。對了，昨晚不小心被開水燙到了手指，酒店工作人員給我拿了冰塊，晨曦和佳佳還送給的我一個燙傷膏，一個晚上我就成了酒店名人，基本每個工作人員都會問我手指怎麼樣了😂😂😂，感謝大家關心，經過冰敷水沖外塗已經好很多了，臨走時還貼心的送了酒店的小禮品，六星推薦大家來玩。👍👍👍 ps:酒店內的湖邊風景，室內陳設都很有特色，還備有書茶室（茶很不錯）、老闆自己國內外淘的紀念品和實木傢俱展覽館，時間充裕的人真的可以好好逛一逛多玩幾天😊😊😊

Dishonest and Poor Communication We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion. Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor. When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie. Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed. On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy. When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat. The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly. We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

Kerana wabak itu, saya memilih untuk memandu sendiri Tasik Qiandao. Saya memilih Qiandao Lake Hotel dua hari yang lalu. Saya mendaftar masuk Xipo pada hari terakhir. Walaupun jalan agak jauh dan jalan tidak begitu mudah untuk dikendarai, saya sembuh pada pandangan pertama ketika berjalan ke Xipo. , B & B dikelilingi oleh tasik di tiga sisi, dan terdapat seluruh halaman. Perkhidmatan butler Xipo juga sangat berakar di hati orang, butler Xiaolan cantik dan hangat, terasa sangat hangat, dan perkhidmatan terperinci juga ada! Tidak cukup untuk tinggal selama satu malam. Sayang sekali bahawa saya tidak melihat filem terbuka ... Saya akan datang lagi pada kali saya berpeluang!
