Hotel Kolam air panas di Chun＇an

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We ate Western food in the bar every evening (burgers, chips etc) and the food was great. The pool was lovely (the jacuzzi is very warm) and my daughter loved the play room in the basement. Two things to consider: firstly, the boat trip is only short and involves either a cable car ride or a steep walk (I don’t like heights, so we opted for the walk and it was pleasant but would not be suitable for the elderly or very young children). Secondly, we did not know we had to book our taxi to the station the night before we checked-out, so a member of the team eventually booked one for us, as my Didi app would not get us a car, with the hotel being so far out. Overall, a lovely place and we will definitely return soon.

前段時間我和家人計劃去千島湖遊玩，在眾多酒店中選擇了千島湖開元望湖頤居酒店。整個入住體驗非常棒，必須要給酒店一個大大的好評！ 預訂的時候，我聯繫了酒店預訂部的小吳。溝通中，小吳展現出了極高的專業素養和熱情的服務態度。他耐心地解答我提出的各種問題，無論是酒店周邊的遊玩攻略，還是酒店房間的細節差異，都講解得十分詳細。而且，在瞭解到我們的出行目的後，小吳非常貼心地幫我們升了房型。這一舉動真的讓我喜出望外，也為我們的旅程增添了一份驚喜。 辦理入住手續的時候，前台工作人員效率很高，態度也特別親切。當我們走進升級後的房間，瞬間被眼前的景色和房間的佈局所吸引。房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，設施一應俱全，而且打掃得一塵不染。透過窗户，千島湖的美景盡收眼底，那種寧靜和愜意讓人心曠神怡。 酒店的地理位置也十分優越，周邊有很多好玩的地方，出行非常方便。在遊玩的過程中，我們充分感受到了千島湖的魅力。 這次千島湖之旅，因為有了千島湖開元望湖頤居酒店的優質服務，讓我們一家人都留下了美好的回憶。特別感謝預訂部的小吳，他的貼心服務讓我們的住宿體驗遠超預期。以後如果有機會再來千島湖，我肯定還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的親朋好友。希望酒店能一直保持這樣的服務水準，越來越好！

服務：這次入住最讓人滿意的就是私人管家小陳的細心服務。我以前入住酒店管家大部分像機器人，沒什麼用，但這次遇到的小陳，各種細節問題基本秒回，會根據我的實際情況進行推薦安排，還免費贈送了很多權益，贈送了伴手禮，這次千島湖入住非常愜意開心，很大程度上也得益於小陳的認真服務，五星點贊👍 交通：高鐵站直達酒店的大巴車，有四五十分鐘車程，酒店深藏在千島湖景區，因此非常非常的安靜。 環境：酒店坐落在延伸入湖的島上，因此四周環湖，步步成景，我房間外便是觀湖平台，視野開闊，非常治癒；酒店區很大，基本都是別墅區，但好在酒店內部有接駁車，前台打電話就能隨叫隨到，非常方便。光是在酒店沿着棧道四處轉轉，欣賞不同的湖光，感覺也很愜意。 設施：温泉開了兩個湯池，泡一會就渾身熱起來了，感覺冬天住酒店最舒服的就是泡温泉♨️當然我還泡了房間裏的浴缸，有助於睡眠。室內泳池1.2-1.4米，可能因為冬天，遊的人少，泳池顯得寬大乾淨。樓頂有室外泳池，夏天應該非常好玩。 房間：房間面積非常大，有兩個廁所，還有個可以靜坐的地方，我想炎熱的夏天坐一坐一定不錯。 餐食：早餐十分豐盛，吃得很滿意。送的下午茶也不錯。送的魚頭餐券是368基礎上減100，也就是268，這樣可能不如買團餐划算。可能唯一的遺憾就是因為酒店周圍沒什麼吃的，酒店餐食價位偏高，不過在房間也可點餐送餐，幾十塊倒也可以拿下。自駕也可以出去吃。 這裏很適合想安安靜靜發呆的朋友，夏天得空我等訂個湖景房再來

This hotel was amazing and beautiful. It was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was very full of many dishes and the scenery was amazing.

今年旅行中最喜歡的住宿了，訂房之前沒想到是導演拍攝地。想趁個週末和朋友拍個探店視頻，完全就是自來水。不知道有沒有社恐跟我一樣喜歡被人照顧但又不經常飄在眼前的温暖距離感？我覺得這家店做到了賓至如歸但鬆弛有度。店裡的老闆和管理者們每個人散發的善意是由內而外的，真心的。後續一定還會再去一次！餐廳的飯好好吃，餐廳老闆娘包的粽子還在售賣中喜歡吃的可以快遞。我們走的時候還買了自製的小魚乾和牛肉醬，超好吃太推薦了！

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

Relaxing and peaceful place. Really enjoyed the stay.  The staff was amazing and always here to help. They do not speak English but it wasn’t a problem at all. rooms, swimming pool and public areas are clean. We had a really good time. Thank you and a special thanks to the lovely staff.

一開始看攜程裏照片的時候我是不太想選這一棟的，感覺很老氣，無奈其他合適的別墅都沒有房間了衹能選這個。從上海駕車六小時到了現場，瞬間感覺一切都值得了！真實的房間比照片好看太多啦！KTV房，麻將房，乒乓球桌等各種娛樂設施應有盡有！還有很大的中西廚房！整棟別墅的軟硬裝都很有格調，推薦！
