Super big room with nice view! Super awesome coming at low peak season. Only item is probably the lights are turn on slightly late. We saw a few ppl riding in the dark. Quite dangerous since cars are travelling in low lights. Feedback to staff and they mention they will bring this to the in charge to adjust the light timing

千島湖啤酒🍺廠門口的酒店，有點特色，不過有點老舊了，服務倒是挺好，每個人都很熱情有禮貌，啤酒泡澡也挺舒服，皮膚滑了好多，房間也挺大還有陽台，早餐品種確實有點少，就像家裡吃早飯，稀飯配點包子和醬菜，不過阿姨倒是挺好的，專門給下了一碗麪，味道可以。

A very nice hotel in peaceful surroundings. It has great facilities, especially the swimming pool. The rooms are specious and clean. The restaurant offers fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables. A perfect place for a long weekend!

春節長假結束後去住的，客人不多。老闆客氣的把我們的房間升級到了湖景房，枯水季的原因，湖景的景色稍遜。晚餐是老闆提前打電話給我們聯繫好的，晚上的菜燒的味道很好，且價格非常實惠！我們在攜程上訂的房間顯示是無早的，當時也納悶，民宿為啥不提供早餐，但實際上他們是提供免費的早餐的，建議老闆可以在攜程的價格上標註含早。總之，這家民宿的性價比是值得推薦的！

We arrived in the afternoon and were quickly checked in. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and some gifts for the children. The rooms were spacious, well kept and bright. We had a great view of the lake despite the rainy weather. The children's play room was very impressive. There was hours of fun for the younger one, who visited every day of our stay. The staff were particularly kind and helpful. Kate and Huan were very helpful. They were super friendly and looked after our child well. Breakfast and dinner was extensive. There was Chinese and Western options so everyone was pleased. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all staff for such a lovely stay.

It’s a fast check in by manager Zhang and being selected to be upgrade to lake view room . The hotel staff provide great hospitality and atmosphere are great . They serve FREE in-room breakfast and the waitress Xiao Yu and house keeping staff stretch further miles on the services to provide us sanitary pads when the surprise nature called …. Keep up the great hospitality and will be coming back again

和朋友出遊，由我負責訂房間，選擇好幾家，發現藍城千島湖郡安憶度假村不錯，比較新，位置也不錯，離東南湖區碼頭也很近，就訂了。到了酒店，發現很不錯，很滿意，酒店環境很好，特別是前台小洪服務很熱情，有問題都會及時幫忙解決，很贊1，酒店設施很齊全，度假首選

I chose Starway hotel because I wanted to be closer to Qiandaohu central area and I didn’t want to spend so much money on accommodation because I was planning to be outside most of the time. The location is great, the moment you step out of the hotel, you can see the lake. The wharf is about 3km away from the hotel. There’s loads of restaurants to choose from (make sure to eat fish head 鱼头 when you’re there). The service is great, the staff was very friendly and attentive, they’ll go out of their way to help you. The restaurant has Chinese breakfast, there aren’t a lot of options to choose from. I recommend this hotel if you’re planning to go to Qiandaohu and you’ll be outside most of the time.
