The place is old and the family room we stayed really need a major renovation and a new air conditioner (the smell of old AC really bothers me). The lighting is also poor making the feeling staying here a bit creepy. The staff is nice and friendly but overall stay is not enjoyable in the room whe stayed. Sorry.

Untuk harga segitu oke lah. Kamar bersih, pelayanan oke, ada kolam renang juga . Hanya saja harus sering di cek lagi sabun di kamar mandi karena saat saya menginap sabun sudah habis, selebihnya oke sih

Well, it was a nice stay. All the staff was very nice, kind, cooperative, polite and professional. Particularly, young lady at the reception counter...I dont know her name...was very polite and humble and helpful. The food was good and delicious. Location is also very ideal in all respects.

Keadaan di sini agak perlahan, dan restoran di luar ditutup pada awal malam. Hotel ini sangat berpatutan pada harga ini.Biliknya besar dan udara sangat baik.Pemandangan di sini juga sangat cantik.Ada dua gunung berdekatan. Sarapan percuma hotel, walaupun tidak banyak jenis, penuh dengan nasi goreng, telur dan kopi. Tidak ramai tetamu di hotel, rumput taman yang kecil sangat bagus, dan saya membiarkan drone terbang dengan cara itu. Kena pandu sendiri ke sini, dan kena pandu beberapa cerun untuk naik ke jalan besar.Cerun di Indonesia nampak begitu curam, sempit dan curam.

Saya sih suka lokasinya, bangunannya sudah agak tua ya keliatannya tapi kolam renangnya nyaman.
Buat perbaikan aja, gorden kamar nya ,seprei nya, sama tirai kamar mandi nya udah usang ya.
Satu lagi kebersihan kamar mandi nya kurang, lantai kaya g disikat agak lama,
Lainnya sih oke apalagi pemandangan nya oke banget.

It was my first time staying at Grand Aston Puncak... and as such was my first experience at the lobby hotel. I was very impressed with the layout and decor of the lobby .... it was one of the best lobby i have been over the years. I was also very impressed with the view of the mountain, quality of the food served during breakfast, tea time and dinner. But what impressed me the most was the service level of the staff such as Reza/Duty Manager, Azis/Bellman, at the restaurant Boni, Nevi and Bobby, also Ilham and Mr. Agung/Security for the impeccable service and warm hospitality accorded to me when I was staying. Overall stay is amazing…keep it works.

Please bear me with detailed review and our experience First thing first --＞ The restaurant staff has ZERO knowledge of what are the ingredients of the dishes and neither they display it correctly ... My father & mother has been living in Indonesia for last 25 years and we never had such an experience where after confirming with Restaurant Manager/Staff that there is NO BEEF/PORK in the nasi goreng , we served in our plates and after having couple of spoons of Nasi Goreng , we were shocked to see BEEF pieces in Nasi Goreng. This has seriously hurt our religious beliefs and the response we got was IGNORING Sorry :( Second --＞ The rooms must have definitely seen beautiful days but not anymore. - There is strong smell coming from bathroom and we have even got our room changed but no luck. - The dustbin has no covers. - The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains all over. - There is no fan so after they make up the room the floor will be slippery for a long time and my 2.9 year old kid fell down as well luckily not hurt. Third --＞ Our room was not made up on the 2nd day and after we complained to reception, they housekeeping staff did make our room. The positives on other side is - - Location - Location And Location You also get an discount to Taman Safari if you stay in this resort. I very well understand that this is not a star hotel/resort but I was expecting a good and sincere service. But this resort service didnt meet my expectations. Happy Travelling

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and we always loves to stay in Pesona Alam. The room is okay (a bit small) and I personally think that they need to do some minor renovation to the room. The breakfast is great (lots of variety which we love).
However, the check out time took forever. The staff were very slow. They charged 300 thousand rupiah for teh deposit and when they returned the money the staff said that they don't have small changes of 20 thousand. And it also happens to the person before me (and maybe after me as well). Suggestion to the hotel: prepare small changes if you charge deposit!
We stayed in Pesona Alam but we visited the newer hotel next to it (Botanica Sanctuary). We tried their afternoon tea and we love it!
View wise, Personal Alam has better mountain view. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

PPengguna Tetamurecently i've been traveling to cianjur, and at my last business trip i was stay at Gino feruci cianjur. well the hotel is great, the room was clean and all the furniture was brand new, the staff told me that they were opened at december 2019. for the food was delicious, the breakfast menu very variable for cianjur, well if i compared my stay experiences at the costel before..... and for the menu at the restaurant was very affordable. i think gino feruci cianjur was the hotel and bring the hotel standard like smiling and helpful staff and other facility that hotel should have such as pool, restaurant, lobby and gym. for the location of this hotel is very strategic, its only a walk away to citimall. for me this hotel will be my 1st option if i should go to cianjur city even for business or for a family trip. btw try menu of nasi goreng, or cordon bleu chicken, its quite cheap and delicious. keep the good work

PPengguna TetamuI was on trip from jakarta to bandung with my bike, then i decided to stay a night to this hotel, because the place looks very cool! But unfortunately there is lack of smiles/hospitality from the staff. Start from check in, dine in cafe (BUT THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD! Like it!) until check out from the security (ahh.. because i ride a bike i guess, but thats fine). The only one person smile was the girl at front desk when check out. Also the water from washbasin its stinky at first squeaks even the smells is faded after few minutes i dont think this is a good good things to not maintenance, because the place is cool you guys must balance from cover to inside the facility. Anyway i hope the staff more improve about hospitality or learn how to smile, Thanks in advance #106

PPengguna Tetamuvacationing on the weekend of 05/11/2022, at check-in everything went well, the staff who received it were also kind and friendly, the bellboy who helped us was very friendly, we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the sunday night, but all disappeared when we checked out , we had to wait for the bellboy for 1 hour to help lift the goods, which in the end we had to bring ourselves to the place where we checked out, because the terrain was very uphill and there were many stairs my mother was very tired and so were we. we decided to call back the front office to help us, this also we have to wait for 15 minutes after we walk approximately 30 meters. all the beautiful impressions we felt disappeared because of the service that did not pay attention to the needs of guests. I will not return there again and will not recommend this place to my colleagues or family.

PPengguna TetamuWent here at Palace Hotel Cipanas with my husband & 2 children for our short escape on the weekend. We choose the TownHouse type of room to accomodate 4 of us which has 2 bed room & 2 bathroom. It was located quite a distance from the lobby so they offered us a free buggy service everytime we want to go to-from the town house. We love the location because it was secluded. But there are several things that need to be improve. 1.As reviewed by other traveller, that there are no towel provided in the room. It was the first I noticed, so before the bellboy gone I asked him to bring the towel for us. They took a long time just to bring 4 towel (for me it took more than 40min) 2.The Cleanliness, the table in the dining room looked dirty just like someone just used it so I cleaned it with tissue wipes. And the toaster was so gross (rusty & full of dirt, i even didnt want to open it) 3. We had problem with the housekeeping because someone came by in the morning & told that they would clean the room at 12. We said OK. But until 2pm no one came to clean up and we called many times until 3.10pm the housekeeping finally came. Despite all of it, the hotel has a good wifi, the fridge, hot water, air con were working properly.
