recomend for short trip to stay here, more promo pls, not only for sunday but also weekend, hopefulylly novotel always success.

The lobby was located on the rooftop which was a heavy work to go back on forth to begin with The girl reception gave us one magnetic card for 2 persons, so if one of us wanted to go out, both of us had to go together because the elevator can only be accessed using that one single card Breakfast was alright Room was huge but wasn't soundproof'ed so it was kinda noisy at night. You could hear everything outside The room smelled like coffee. Insomniac beware, the scent could trigger your sleeping problem. The experience was a decent one. At least, I got one parking spot before it was crowded by restaurants' guests' cars

Get the connected room on the same floor as the swimming pool. Can add more kids related channels and add more kids activities. Great breakfast

I hv been staying in this hotel fr several time n its really comfortable. Near to train station n Paskal mall. Breakfast lot of variety n taste nice. Bathroom in rooms small n light dim. Staff helpful.

Very kind and helpful teams although when the 1st time I walked in through the main entrance there’s no one in the reception area but I’m passionately waited. I know the check in time at 12 but I’m asking would be possible to have early check in since I was arriving at 07.00 ish. So, I’ve just dropped my small luggage to be store. After I came back from my worked day’s activity I did check in and walk to the room was clean quite spacious and room’s amenities such as deposit box, water boiler and 2 bottle of mineral water provided Thank you for the hospitality’s manner given

Very well located near Bandung's airport and Istana plaza mall and PASKAL. Good if you have a morning flight from Bandung city, since it is only 5 minutes away from the airport. They required 100K IDR upon check in as deposit. However, the room can be cleaner as I already inform to the staffs. And also, since you dont provide bottled water, then don't ever let the water dispenser in the hallway empty. You can do better...

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. Had an awesome time here. The environment, atmosphere and the layout of this property is aesthetically pleasing. Instagrammble-friendly, if you love to take pictures. Breakfast was nice, its served as ala carte. It wasn’t an issue for me as there is Grab food/Gofood available 24/7. Staffs were approachable and friendly too. Every level (there is only 3 levels) has a lounge to sit and hang out with friends. Overall, it is value for money and would definitely come back again.
