"I stayed in a wooden cabin villa with a huge balcony. The driver was very punctual for station pick-ups and drop-offs, and the front desk service was excellent. The auntie who made rice noodles for us at breakfast was also very kind. The staff and service here are all wonderful. Plus, the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been rainy these past few days in Zhangjiajie, the dehumidification in the room was great at keeping things dry! Waking up to beautiful views from the window every day really boosted my mood."

Since we had a language barrier, we communicated using translation apps on our phones. The rooms are spotlessly clean and fully smart-equipped, which made everything extremely convenient. There is free parking available, so we never had trouble finding a spot for our car. This music hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit China again in the future."

"First of all, the bed in the room was very shaky; I don't know if the bed frame was broken or what. It made a noise when I turned over. I didn't sleep well all night. The central heating only lasted until 4 or 5 am, and when I checked, it was still only in the teens (Celsius). I think I didn't fall asleep until almost 6 am. The blanket was also very thin. I put on my coat and slept for two or three hours, but I still caught a cold. It took several days of medicine to get better. That night I drank a little alcohol and didn't want to lie down or move, otherwise I really would have checked out. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!"
