Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort

A very special resort in a truly amazing location. I visited with my family (4 of us), staying for six nights. I cannot say enough about this resort. From the moment you arrive you feel comfortable and happy. Even on our first day when we had to wait out a thunderstorm we could make use of the indoor pool and spa, or just sit and watch the spectacle in the mountains around us. The staff are all so polite, friendly and willing to help- great with our daughters, keeping them entertained whilst we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet or evening meal. The pizza restaurant is a brilliant place to try, a great choice, all freshly made with some gelato available too. There is so much to do around the resort. There is a host of water activities including the chance to get into the lake (or jump if you wish). We made use of the club bimbambino, with our children not wanting to leave! The rooms were great, clean, cool and perfect for their purpose. We rented a car to travel around, Lugano is around 10 minutes drive away, we also headed over to Mount Tamaro and the incredible water park and coaster bob! This is perhaps my favourite holiday, ever. It is just wonderful, cannot recommend enough!

We absolutely loved our time at Parco San Marco. Highlights were the beach area (beautiful, neat and with lovely bars and restaurants), the staff (every single one was polite, helpful and charming), the views (wherever you are you’re surrounded by stunning vistas of the lake and the mountains) and the breakfast (I recommend the terrace and trying as much of the buffet as possible!). And although the hotel was full or close to full it still felt peaceful and calm. Can’t recommend enough, will definitely be booking again.

The most beautiful scenery combined with lovely private beach with spectacular view. Great fun for kids by the lake. Lots of activities including hiking and tennis. Breakfast buffet is very high quality. Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff.

Our second trip to this outstanding resort and once again it exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to make this such a memorable trip. We had a few problems with car hire which the staff went above and beyond to help us sort. Alessandro the hotel manager took a personal interest in helping us which was a much appreciated personal touch. Breakfast is a highlight on a beautiful veranda overlooking Lake Lugano with no request being too much for the delightful and accommodating staff. On both occasions accommodation has been fantastic with both rooms having a beautiful view of the lake. Beds are wonderfully comfy and pillows are wonderful. Really pleasant bar manager Marco would go to great lengths to serve us. Again a wonderful personal touch. Walking into Cimi and Porlezza is both a really lovely experience with an abundance of Olive trees and fig trees surrounding the complex. We had a couple of overcast days where we used the spa facilities. Again a superb experience. I would highly recommend this environment conscious, customer conscious resort.

This place is just wonderful. It’s gorgeous, rooms are lovely, the entire property is well maintained with awesome amenities. But most importantly, the people who work here are some of the best. So patient and kind an helpful. This was our last stop on our Italy vacation and we would absolutely come back just to stay here. Highly recommend!

This resort is spectacular! It’s setting on Ludano lake is breathtaking- peaceful and picturesque. The pool and beach access are relaxing and make you feel like you’re in a postcard! Rooms are comfortable with every amenity. However what has made this stay so lovely are the people who work here; they are very hospitable, kind and accommodating. And the manager Mr Roberto. What a humble and charming man. Just get his local recommendations blindly and you will never regret. Kudos to that ever smiling man. Other towns in the Lake region are readily accessible by car and make for lovely day excursions.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon & all we can say is ‘Wow!’ From the minute we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the hotel & grounds were & how amazing, attentive & friendly all the staff were, they just couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed for 1 week & travelled to other areas however the majority of the time we stayed in & around the hotel. The restaurants were fabulous, as were all the bar areas. The hotel ‘beach’ area also opened for the season so we were fortunate to spend time here, soaking up the atmosphere with a cocktail, overlooking beautiful Lake Lugano. As it was slightly cloudy on our last full day, we booked into the 5 Spa at the Aria, the sister hotel. Again, what an amazing experience. The infinity pool was our favourite & the saunas were fabulous. There was also a snow room! Special shout out to Marco on the bar, who looked after us all week & was simply the best. Sandra & Julia were also fantastic. We can’t thank you enough for looking after us all week & making our stay here super special & one we will never forget. We will definitely be back

a perfect stay thanks for your kindness we celebrated my husband's birthday, in the Gioia di vive restaurant we ate very well everything was perfect recommended if you want to recharge your batteries I recommend the pasta carbonara with fish, a true sensorial journey. Trust the chef, you won't regret it
