This was the worst hotel experience ever! I called to make a reservation for Saturday for a business meeting on Sunday. Reservations told me that Saturday was booked. However, I could check in at 3 am Sunday when my train arrived. Upon questioning her, she put me in hold to verify with front desk. She said that they said I could check in then. I get to the hotel at around 5 am and FD told me that all of the rooms are booked and I couldn't check in until 11 am! I had to stay in the lobby for hours until the room was ready! Aside from that, front desk was extremely unprofessional. Playing loud rap and eating while I was talking to him. I asked for a dry cleaning bag and he said they don't have them. I said every hotel has dry cleaning bags. He said smartly, not this one! And gave me a trash bag! I want a full refund for this totally unacceptable experience! I'm working with guest relations. However the manager is never there to reach. I'm currently taking this to corporate and the BBB

CHARGED EXTRA FOR NO REASON. Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

Had a great stay. The place has great staff. One standout is Robin in the breakfast area! What a kind, Friendly and overall happy person to deal with. Breakfast closes at 10am which means in vast majority of hotels I stay in that the food stops being stocked like 9:15am and they actually start cleaning at 9:30 so at 10am they are done. Not here !!! Robin was walking around at 9:59am asking people if they needed anything else before heheh started cleaning up. She even refilled items people asked for at 9:55am! And there was no rush. Saw a mom with 3 kids trying to assemble breakfast and Robin went out of her way to help her. Can’t say enough about how great that service was. Her manager stopped by at the end and he was as friendly as she was. Great team

We stayed for 2 nights during the week, and it was clean and in generally good condition. Staff was friendly and parking was right next door and reasonable at $15/day. My only real complaint is the noise. We were located on the second floor along W. McMillan St. and it was busy and loud all night, cars, revving trucks shouting, etc. Should’ve asked to be moved after the first night but didn’t want the hassle of packing up and trading rooms. Ask for a room off this side street if you can.
