Ulasan Novus Giri Resort & Spa

We booked the valley suite for the view and size. The hotel had advertised baby sitting and an airport shuttle but stated this was not available. After contacting trip.com and several emails to the hotel they agreed to provide the shuttle service as my booking date was approaching and I could not cancel at this point. The driver who collected us at the airport was pleasant and professional. He was very accomodating. The check in process on arrival was smooth but uninformative of the facilities ie golf cart service, spa etc. This part of the hotel is very aged and needs maintenance. It was dirty and full of bugs all over, including in the beds. The breakfast on the first day was poor and the staff were not professional. We had to walk up a steep hill in hot weather for 10 mins to get to the breakfast room. We had to fight to change room the next day and complained. The process took a half day which wasted our time we could have spent outside, exploring the area. The hotel did make up for it. The breakfast the following days was 5 star and the service was totally different. We were given the pool access room, although smaller was clean and modern. What started as a nightmare ended well.

This is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant. It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms). When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed. Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.

Great hotel, they have warm pool for kids, spacious room, large size bed, and bathtub. Will come back for sure to this hotel.

Friendly staffs and nice place for family staycation on weekend.

I've had trouble sleeping for some months but the comfort that Novus Giri offered made me, for the first time, being able to sleep so well. I woke up to the song of birds and it felt so peaceful. The bed and pillows were so nice, the scenery was amazing. The food? Omg. The ayam betutu was best! The executive chef, Sumarno, was sooo friendly, also the staffs! Very easy on the smile and lovely, lively people who seem to love their jobs! Would love to be here again, soon!

The service is very good, the place is OK, the ecosystem inside is also very interesting for a hotel. I was very impressed with the service provided, including one of the hotel workers, namely Vanya, who served hotel guests very well, big appreciation for him and the rest of the team
