Kamar bersih, pelayanan ok. Room servive jg cpt, rasa masakannya enak dilidah, porsi cukup. Kekurangannya cuma penerangan ada yang mati & mungkin kurang diperhatikan. Pintu lemari jg agak rusak, tp masih dapat dipakai. Ada kulkas mini, tapi teko listriknya nggak ada.. nggak bs ngopi klo malam..😑 Selebihnya puas kok, dengan harga ekonomis

A modern budget hotel with strategic location. Near Alun Alun, Masjid At Taqwa and several Government Offices. Surprisingly they added a coffee shop at the ground floor. Food & Drinks now available, easier than take a walk to nearby shop. They maintain their room clean as usual. I easily park my bike on the basement, and get parking ticket from the security incharge. Had a more than enough room & bath for a solo traveller like me. Strength point: They're Certified CHSE. Keep it up MD7! Be back soon for another transit stay.

Conveniently located in considerably Cirebon most crowded mall - Cirebon Super Block Mall Great if you are traveling with children as mall is adjacent to the hotel, there are plenty of food selections and kids playing area Parking is one of their weak points, as mall are mostly over crowded. We were not able to enter the location, and need to call hotel team to talk to security from the mall to allow us to enter, hotel team is helpful which solved our frustration. Gym equipment are adequate, however there are 3 broken treadmills that need to be fixed. And air conditioning is not working creating the feeling of working out in cheap gym. Room is a bit dark at night, there is working lamp to support a bit of work with laptop. Cleanliness can be improved, we have noticed dusk at the corner of the room. Overall, hotel location is a positive point, with poor parking because of mall operation and impolite mall security, room is acceptable with cleanliness to be improved. Service is good with room for improvement.

My 2 night stay here was quite nice and comfy here. The staff are all nice, although afew hairs were on the floor they promptly cleaned it up for me. The location is good across from a mall. The wifi works well and the shower was good. The pool looked average and shallow so not worth swimming and fitness centre under renovation.

My second visit to Desa Alamanis resort, the first one was in 2017. The resort or should I say, village, remained mostly the same with minor improvements. Building structure remain like village but to a point where I think it might collapse, especially the roof. Areas around the swimming pool needed to be more taken care of. The spot below the pool edge felt like it was being left out, or perhaps a development was underway but it was halted. I question their standard for cleanliness because it might get mixed up with the village atmosphere their doing. I stayed in Panembahan type room where it has a huge bathroom, almost the size of the bedroom. It has big traditional tub which they called Kulah, should be interesting to dip in but on second thought the black tub tiles makes it so hard to see whether the water or the tub is clean. Furthermore, there were no hot water for the tub which makes it no sense to spend time on the tub. The bathroom ceiling also has several wasp nests, this is disturbing. I counted and killed at least four wasps with the insecticide spray provided. Normal guests would be terrified of wasps and it can be dangerous if get stung by one. I think the hotel needs structure inspection and maintenance. Please watch the ceiling for any wasp nest. The day after was a lot better. The breakfast was wonderful, mostly traditional food which also being served traditionally. For example, the fried rice or nasi goreng is cooked by request by staff at a pushcart similar to what you'll see on the street of a village. Another recommended food is the traditional cake called serabi which is also made by request. Another attraction provided at a price by the hotel is the pottery class. They brought a local pottery craftsman to teach hotel guests. My four year old loved it so much as she made one for herself. They also sells a clay cup for a very low price, good for souvenirs. Overall, I did not have a good stay. Almost dropped a low review but the breakfast and pottery class is worth the credit. Also, please support the local pottery craftsman by joining the class and buying their goods.

Generally is a good hotel, it is part of a longstanding hotel group Santika, located in the middle of Cirebon. It is an older hotel compared to some in Cirebon. The service is very very good, the staffs are very welcoming and informative, health protocols are in place and the lobby are a high ceiling semi outdoor which helps with air circulation. CIrebon can be a bit cold at night, and many visitors hang around at the Lobby in the evening time. The cleanliness of the rooms are okay, a little bit of spots here and there, it will bother some people who are very concerned with this type of thing, and it was sort of an okay for me. Breakfast service were fairly standard, the staffs again were very nice and helpful. They have complimentary car washing for guests with cars. Overall iit wasnt super special, but it wasnt that bad.

The location of the hotel is good. The service and staff is friendly. The cleanliness is good. The breakfast food is ok The environment at night is a bit noisy. The water flow for taking a bath is small, not quite enjoyable

Good food, good place Staf was friendly, nice ambience with gratis service. Thanks to ceria from restaurant for being of the most respectful service treatment that i ever had. To those who wants tp visit Cirebon city, this hotel is highly recommended!
