The rooms are very comfortable and Cosy , nice environment, the hotel is close to the metro station and there are many restaurants around

Great location, not too far outside of the main city with a tram stop right outside. All the staff we met were lovely and friendly. The room was a good size (I've stayed at Easy Hotels for a similar cost and this was much nicer!) And the shower was lovely and warm. Walls are a little thin but we didn't have much issue with it. They provide a great selection of stuff for breakfast, including for gluten-free, you just need to ask for it. Also they printed our boarding cards to go home with no problem, some hotels I've stayed in before make a right fuss of it!

I was here for a night stop over on my way to east Italy and I will definitely come back. I've checked in late (9pm) and the receptonist (Davide) welcomed me. This guy is always smiling and is very open for nice talks. He gave me also very good advices for places to visit and where to go for shopping. If I had any question about the hotel or anything else he was totally open to help with 100%. I am very satisfied! Also the staff in the morning at the breakfast was very very kind and helpful. Thanks very much for my perfect stay and see you very soon. Especially thanks to Davide, I'm very looking forward to have some more time with you to talk. Thanks a lot!

Great place to stay because the renovation and whole place is very clean and new. Only problem is the location. It’s 15 minutes away from the airport by car and we paid 25 euros for the taxi. Other than that the room was really nice and front desk receptionist was very helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni per andare a Leolandia. Ambiente super confortevole, caldo e accogliente. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo chiesto una tripla pur essendo in 4, poiché la bimba piccola può dormire nel lettino da campeggio e la signora alla reception ci aveva avvisato che forse saremmo stati stretti, invece con tutto il lettino aperto ci si muoveva benissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Grazie veramente dell'ospitalità e alla prossima!

Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Danke an das komplette Team. Tutto è stato fantastico. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. E il personale è molto gentile. Hotel gestito in modo professionale. This hotel was our most expensive but most disappointing. Both nights (different rooms) were very noisy til the early hours of the morning. Although I had requested vegan options for breakfast there was only tomatoes & lettuce as savoury options. I asked on the first day for something the next but still no change. We also requested twin beds but on the first night had a double bed. On the positive side most staff were very good particularly Confort on reception.

Very centrally located - walking distance to the city centre and Milano Centrale. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and everything was provided. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. So much fresh produce to choose from.

Check-in: Make sure to continue past the QC Terme building on the main street. Parking is not included however there is a parking garage in relation to QC Room. For you tech savvy individuals you’ll have no problem with your self check-in. Lobby: The lobby is designed to cater to tired travelers, with a Nespresso machine and a range of snacks including cookies, nuts, dried fruit, and seasonal offerings. There is also a bar cart with a selection of spirits. The lobby also has a space for people to work or relax. Rooms: The rooms are designed to cater to guests who prioritize their wellness, with clean, minimalistic decor and luxurious amenities such as a Dyson blow dryer, a full toiletry kit, a Nespresso machine, a Marshall speaker, and a weighted ball and yoga mat that provide suggested workouts through a QR code. On the nightstand, you'll find an iPad butler that allows you to surf the web and provides information about the hotel's services, local attractions, and nearby restaurants. The first floor rooms have a patio. Housekeeping services the room daily, restocking items such as the minibar, towels, toiletry kits, coffee, and snacks. Breakfast: It is recommended to plan for breakfast at a different location, as the QC Room only offers a small packaged cookie and coffee for breakfast. Check-out: Checking out is easy. Simply let the person working in the front lobby know when you are ready to leave. Getting to the spa: The walk to the spa is a short walk however down the ramp through the parking lot.
