"I love this place for its location near a huge forest great for running and cycling - even on a freezing winter morning! It was a good price, well organised, friendly staff and very clean. It is away from most things near an industrial estate but I chose it for the proximity to the forest and all the trails there :) It was also a simple walk to a small town with pizza and some basics. I didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive and was too busy running ;)"

"Our room did not match the pictures we saw on the TRIP website. We complained. We were rudely fobbed off with: ”All rooms are the same” and ”There's nothing we can do. Management won't be back until Monday” - which was not an adequate response to our criticism/question. Furthermore, the receptionist repeatedly used nasty Italian language towards us to vent her anger. Eventually, we were offered another room. Various things were broken in the other room. The door to the room was also unlocked/open. We took photos of the broken room. In the end, we returned to the first room because we were too exhausted from the trip to look for another hotel. We appreciated TRIP's friendly service. An attempt was made (unfortunately in vain) to find a compromise between us and the hotel management. The management did not budge, which I found difficult to understand. The hotel even distorted the facts, which disappointed and frustrated us."

"Hotel położony blisko stacji kolejowej, co umożliwia bardzo szybkie przedostanie się do centrum Mediolanu mimo odległości. Co do samego hotelu w pokojach brak czajników i herbaty/kawy. Brak butelki z wodą. Tylko jedne kapcie na dwie osoby, dodatkowo również brak szlafroków. Śniadanie bardzo przeciętne i średnio urozmaicone, co więcej brakowało tak podstawowej rzeczy jak ekspres do kawy. Woda w basenie zimna, do tego dwie sauny - z czego jedna klasyczna i ciepła z widokiem na miasto. Pokój czysty, a łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja działała świetnie. Brak smartTV. Wydaje mi się jednak, że podczas pobytu na basenie ktoś chodził po moim pokoju mimo zawieszki informajacej aby nie przeszkadzać, gdyż po powrocie oraz po wsadzeniu karty drzwi przesunęły się samoczynnie bez dotykania klamki, a zawieszka leżała na podłodze wewnątrz pokoju."
