Great experience staying at the Pacific Palms Resort! The staff are all friendly and professional from the front desk to the restaurant servers, special kudos to Dante, Hector and Rogelio for their five star customer service, the facilities are clean and organized, my room had great view of the city skyline, the food at the restaurant was delicious 😋 I'm definitely coming back on my next visit to CA!

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Los Angeles. I have stayed there for more than ten nights. If Ctrip has an event or a coupon, it only costs a little over 1,000 per night. It is a very cost-effective hotel in the Los Angeles area. The parking lot is large and parking is free (this is very important. Many hotels charge parking fees of basically 30-45 US dollars per day. This is a hidden fee that sometimes cannot be seen when booking a room). It takes about 45 minutes to drive from the Los Angeles airport if there is no traffic jam. It is also convenient to get on the highway from the hotel. The hotel is very quiet, and there is a police car parked at the door all year round, which gives a sense of security. The hotel has its own golf course, and the view from the room is great. There are not many people staying here on weekdays, and there will be more people playing golf on weekends. The room is not particularly large, but there is no problem living there. The facilities are a little old, but they are clean. So I highly recommend this hotel.
