Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

Nice room and great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's a good spot to explore London from and for a very fair price. The room was very clean and very modern as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore on a budget !

Very comfortable, reasonably priced room (for London) for my solo trip! The location was very convenient, being only about a ~5 minute walk from the Tower Bridge tube station, and there's also a Tesco Express nearby in case you need snacks/water. The room is very small but modern and clean, which I enjoyed - I was traveling alone so it was more than enough space for just myself. Loved having the little panel by the bed for the lights + temperature, was very handy. The bed was also quite comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Tower of London and Monument, as well as the Themes. The staff especially Angela were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and spoke to me in Italian as well as English.

Our second stay at this hotel, would recommend to anyone visiting London. Good location and very reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and tidy and there are good amenities. The staff are very attentive, special mention to Mustaq who helped us during our stay.

Rooms are tiny, but just the right size for our purpose. Very clean facility and room. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. Thank you especially to Angela who introduced me to Porridge! That is an amazing way to start your rainy day in London. She also makes a fabulous Americano, get the extra shots if you are a hardcore coffee drinker, sooo worth it. And the breakfast bar is awesome and all part of the package. 6 bucks get you unlimited espresso drinks...what a deal!
