Premier Inn London Victoria

Hotel ini usang dan lusuh. Bilik-biliknya sangat kecil - tetapi begitulah keadaannya di London. Daftar masuk biasanya dilakukan di mesin; Kakitangan juga telah dikurangkan sedikit. Tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik dan cawan tidak dibersihkan setiap hari. Pembersihan bilik dan penukaran tuala hanya berlaku jika anda secara nyata memintanya sehari sebelumnya. Sarapan pagi adalah baik dan banyak; bagaimanapun, premis untuk sarapan pagi adalah di bawah semua senjata api. Kotor, gelap - hapak Terdapat hotel yang lebih baik dengan harga yang sama di zon.

Had a delightful stay at Premier Inn London Victoria. The hotel’s proximity to iconic sights allowed us to easily explore the city. Within minutes, we could witness the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, appreciate art at the Tate, and enjoy West End shows. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and a great breakfast at the restaurant made our stay even better. Plus, the quiet ambiance in Pimlico provided a peaceful retreat after busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for families seeking convenience and comfort in the heart of London! ‍‍‍

Arrived to the hotel at 2pm was rudely told by receptionist that check in is 3pm but can store luggage. When asked if we could check in earlier he charged us £10 per room. I know that doesn’t seem much but it’s the principle I was travelling with an elderly relative who anyone could clearly see was tired and when we paid the rooms where ready! I have been a hotel manager for 16 years and never charged anyone to checkin early unless it has been pre booked. Hardly what the brand advertises.

Room was very damp. Could feel it as soon as we walked in. Smelt musky. Water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and windows couldn’t b opened. Condensation dripping down the windows. Room was very small. Asked for bigger room and was told it was their biggest. Coffee machine had leaked water when we returned from our night of seeing Elton John in concert at the 02. Bedding felt damp. Stains on floor and foot stool. I have stayed in a lot of Premier inn’s. It has always been very pleasant. This was the worst hotel. I also started a bad cough/chest infection I think made worse from the damp. 2nd day we went on the Pullman got my 60th. I felt poorly. Coughing. Sick. I think from the damp room. Left on day 3. No one at reception when we left. Got to Victoria my husband had to sit down. Had pains in his chest. I think the damp got to us both.

Good hotel in centre of London, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and solved everything fastly. Location was amazing, 5min walking to Victoria station, a lot of cafe’s around the hotel and supermarket in 1min walking.

The hotel was clean. Next by victoria station. A wide choise for the breakfast both sweet and savory. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. I would prefer to have a shower instead of bath tub. The staff was kind.

First family trip to London from Ireland - a friendly and attentive reception on arrival (thank you Murek!) - room was comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet - and the breakfast was superb! Location ideal. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

Overall our stay was very good. Room was clean but a little tired. Understandably, given the footfall. Premier Plus Wi-Fi not usable, but not the end of the world. Room was quiet and staff very friendly. Pretty much what’s needed as a base for a couple of days in London.

We stayed at the Premier in, London Victoria, room 101. The room was a fair size, very clean (as was all the bedding and mattress!) And comfortable. The ensuite was very clean also. We opted for the full English breakfast which had everything you would expect, with the added extras of croissants, pain au chocolat, blueberry muffins, yogurts and fruit! Perfect stay, lovely warm welcome and helpful staff members. Will be visiting again.
