Hotel terbaik di Ajman

We stayed here during the Eid Holidays with my family and we are satisfied with our stay. First, the location is amazing! It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner. Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view. Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.

It was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

We enjoyed from the first time once we arrived to the hotel every thing was good and simple since we checked in it is a great hotel with amazing staff the food and service was excellent thanks for chef rekesh and special thanks for Mohsen who give us special care and assist us in every thing the shisha also was very good Thanks for everything we really enjoyed We will back again We will recommend the hotel also for our family and friends

This was our second visit and our plan was to take a few days relaxing in the sun prior to Christmas. As last year, we were delighted with the restrained beauty of the hotel and its surroundings, together with the friendliness and expertise of the staff. Unfortunately our plans were thwarted somewhat as I was taken ill soon after we arrived, and was taken into hospital in Ajman city. The staff of the hotel could not have been more attentive, both to me and my husband who was, of course, left alone for several days. I received a large and beautiful bouquet of flowers, together with a signed card from the reception staff, I was visited by a member of the management team to see if there was anything I needed, a car and driver was provided for my husband to visit me every day, and the hotel also sent food in for me as the hospital offering was pretty dire. The hotel also took care of laundry for me. My husband reported that all the staff had obviously been briefed about our circumstances, and that their care for him was also exceptional. When I was finally discharged (sadly only one day before we were due to leave) there were flowers and fruit in our room for me, together with another lovely message, and our last day was made very special. That day was actually my husband’s birthday and everyone made a big fuss of him, too, with cakes and decorations in our room and a lovely framed photo of us as a gift. We were completely bowled over, and there are just too many staff who went the extra mile to name them all individually. So, not only is this a most beautiful hotel (and beach) with excellent service and food, which we already knew and was why we were making a second visit, but it is also probably the most caring we have ever experienced. We will definitely be returning.

Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue , She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid . Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me . She realized her mistake and did not apologize and went to revenge mode with me I would like to see if this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only ” If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ? I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel if this happened to you ? ?

Были в начале мая 2024. Очень понравилась локация - с одной стороны значительно дешевле, чем в Дубае, с другой стороны до Дубая можно добраться в течении часа. В отличие от Дубая не берут курортный налог. Отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер до Дубай молла - из отеля выезд примерно в 15.40, отправления от Дубай молла в 21.00. Заказывали такси в аэропорт от отеля, обошлось в 100 дирхам. В пешей доступности от отеля продуктовые супермаркеты и аутлет. Удобно переходить дорогу к пляжу. В отеле небольшой крытый бассейн с теплой водой, баня и сауна. На ресепшене можно поменять доллары и евро на дирхамы - при курсе 3,6 в обменнике в аэропорту нам поменяли по 3,45. У дочери был день рождения, о чем мы не предупреждали отель, привозврашении с пляжа увидели подарок - торт. Было очень приятно. За время пребывания трижды интересовали устраивает ли качество обслуживания - один раз по телефону, на ресепшене и подходил менеджер по клинингу. Разнообразно и вкусно кормили на завтрак. Обнд и ужин мы не брали, т.к. хотели попробовать разную местную еду. При необходимости можно заказать, для взрослого это составит примерно 60 дирхам. На пляже выдают полотенца и лежаки бесплатно, места практически всегда есть. Минусы: - практически все время из крана и душа шла прохладная вода, кроме последнего дня, как не регулируй. Мыться было не очень приятно. - на полу в кухне и в ванной предусмотрен слив, по-видимому из них периодически шел не очень приятный запах. В целом отель рекомендую. Своих денег однозначно стоит. По соотношению цена - качество лучший вариант.

الفندق ممتاز والاقامه جميله والاطلاله رائعه العاملون لطيفون وتعاملهم راقي جدا والاستقبال كان سهل وخدمة المواقف ممتازه الاكل اذيذ واسعاره ممتازه الصالون والسبا رالبولينق كذلك اجراءات الخروج بغاية اللطافه شكرا خاص للموظف rama في الوقت الليلي حيث انه مرح وسهل اجراءات الدخول وشكر خاص للموظف على اسلوبه الراقي وسنقوم بزياره اخرى في شهر فبراير انشاء الله
