Inexpensive hotel with beach access. Was not able to enjoy the beach because the waves was so strong at that time. Room was little bit small but basic items needed for overnight stay is available.

Amazing resort! Beautiful location and luxury facilities. Spent a week at the Oberoi for relaxation and we largely did just that! They do have weekend guests - some of which are large groups, but generally the resort is tranquil. The staff make this brand - excellent service with a smile - we loved it 😊 Reception - really accommodating Spa staff- good treatments and professional Restaurants and Beach/Poolside - wonderful food and service - So many names we could mention- Gautum - Restaurants manager, Vinay, Jayesh, Remilyn, Dedi,Wissel, Priya, Ebigael, Camilia, Dianna, Camilia, Teodora and the other wonderful restaurant supervisor lady and restaurant s check in ladies. Also the manager of the poolside and beach - very professional and accommodating Just an observation of a couple of things to improve - fluffier bathroom towels and better lighting per step on the outdoor stairways. Conclusively, a wonderful experience, and having stayed in some lovely resorts in the past, this has to be one of the best ! Thank you so much 😊

We took the national day promo package for 5 days 4 nights from 3-7 December. The promo is until 31st Dec 2024 and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to recharge, rejuvenate, transform or reflect before the new year arrives. I rate this place 10/10 in every aspect. 1. Valet + Luggage : We were welcomed extraordinarily well by Mr Emmanuel from Ghana who was so kind to unload our luggage and park our car. I have never ever received an amazing welcome like this anywhere else in this world. We also enjoyed our lovely conversations and excellent service by Mr Frankelin from Cameroon. 2. We take a bow and a standing ovation for the entire kitchen department and crew. The extremely talented, brilliant and hardworking Chefs : Chef Evan, Chef Roshan, Chef Ananda, Chef Vinod! Their culinary skills are impeccable. What nourishing meals. All our meals were full board. Breakfast , lunch and dinner. Calorie calculated and all the ingredients were life giving! The chefs were so so kind to accommodate our requests and customise our dishes as per our dietary requirements and needs, allergies and spice tolerance. The chefs also went out of their way, above and beyond to surprise us with fabulous scrumptious Sri Lankan dishes using all healthy substitutes and ingredients. We were blown away. 3. A huge shout out to Likith, Mohammed, David and Poe. You guys are superstars! So hardworking and super creative servers and waiters who make the best drinks ever and served us to perfection and took our orders so accurately. Made us feel so at home. Your smiles, kindness and the love you put into the job is amazing. There is a coffee machine in the restaurant. Unlimited free coffee - I’m so in love with the hot chocolate and the cappuccino. 4. To the outstanding Yoga and Meditation instructor, Ms Nimisha! You are simply the best! Your glow and radiance and beautiful heart shows in how passionately and kindly you taught us and guided us throughout the sessions. We thoroughly enjoyed and looked forward to all your classes. Every morning we start our day with yoga and in the evening with meditation. Thank you for the sound healing. It really helped us feel so much lighter and release all the heaviness of life’s challenges and stress. I highly recommend all guests to make the best use by attending all yoga and meditation sessions. And please go for the sound healing. It’s so so pure. 5. Shoutout to Akash, Kavishka, Dhanushka, , Shihab, Shohag. Thank you to the housekeeping family and the lovely gentlemen who work so hard , tirelessly and catered promptly to all our needs, to perfection. All our requests were met. The rooms were spick and span, cleaned as white as snow. Our linens, sheets, towers, floors were cleaned so well. Our toiletry and pantry supplies like tea and water were replaced efficiently. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ours has a lovely view of the golf course and the lake. 6. Gym!! Thank you to the best gym coach and fitness trainer ever - M

We stayed here during the Eid Holidays with my family and we are satisfied with our stay. First, the location is amazing! It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner. Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view. Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.

Nice hotel very good staft specially angel nice smilling.also nice facilities spcialy swimming pool room are very clean and sanitize.and near supermarket.and very good location its easy to get taxi.also the management are very accomodating and i will come back again☺️🥰

Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue , She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid . Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me . She realized her mistake and did not apologize and went to revenge mode with me I would like to see if this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only ” If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ? I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel if this happened to you ? ?

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment
