Perfect location, being 2 minutes walking distance from restaurants, bars and cafes. Very comfortable accommodation and super helpful owners who would make you feel so welcome. Delightful BBQ area with onsite launderette. Parking right outside your room. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing rooms, good hospitality by owners.great location Had to book this on short notice for a very high price, as we weren't planning to stay at Apollo Bay and weather forced us to do so. Still, everything was in order and comfortable. Check in - Check Out was hassle free without having to see anyone Cheers !!

I arrived at 9pm and was disappointed that the front counter closed at 8pm. However, the motel worked with me and left a key out for my room. The problem was that it is such a huge complex and there were no clear signs that I spent 15 minutes looking for my room. However, once I found where I needed to be, the room was lovely . I wanted to order breakfast but because I was late in I missed the opportunity to do this - can this be done online? I then had to go looking for some breakfast in the morning which I didn't want to do. I would stay at this motel in future as it was well presented and clean, as well as handy to the beach.

Called in just for a beer or two initially but staid for food. My wife went for chicken schnitzel which she loved while I had the pulled pork burger. Plenty of space, can go for sit down or eat in the bar loung area

Stayed one night here during out roadtrip to 12 apostles. Arrived late but managed to self checked in. Easy and convenient. Room was super impressive for the price that we paid. There are several eateries just minutes away from our motel, and about 3 ‘mins walk to the beach front. Would definitely recommend!

Only apartment in Apollo Bay with actual sea view and service is amazing Micheal and Emily are very friendly they welcome you with smile on their face aprmenent is spacious and clean and has everything available from hairdryer to laundry powder full size kitchen mate can't get better than that and price is super affordable. Kids were very happy and I Left my trackpant in apartment and received a call in two hours that I left my stuff and now they are sending by post what an honest people . Once again thank you Michael and Emily for your best service

Limited big van sites but very accommodating. We arrived late afternoon with a large van & car, We found the owner very helpful & accommodating. On looking around the park, wow wow wow, the grounds immaculate. The amenities again plenty of space well layed out & extremely clean. Kids play ground very good & great camp kitchen.

A lovely little B&B located close to town. Gerald met me on arrival and was full of interesting facts about the town and places to eat. The room I had was lovely - a garden room with a terrace out the back, well equipped with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast is continental and self-service. A huge selection of cereals, toast, yoghurt and fruit available. A good place to stop on the Great Ocean Road.

Staff so lovely and helpful. Had everything we needed. Great location for our purpose. We got heavy rain for some of our stay and unfortunately this caused a leak in the roof but not too serious for our safety. Staff were made aware and we were due to check out so it didn't impact our stay too much. There is a beach close by and shops. Stayed a couple of nights. We were a friends group. There were others staying in the other boat house but it's still quiet and private. The location is a residential street.
