On a positive note the staff are very friendly and accommodating. BUT many campers show no respect and allow their children to run wild around the park. Both adults and children just walk through other campers sites. Its very dirty caused mainly by previous campers leaving bits of rubbish on their site, I picked lots of items such as bottle tops, bits of plastic etc. I found dirty nappies and discarded underwear on the floor in the gents. We have stayed in many parks but this is a first that we have left early and asked for a refund which was given. We will never go back.

Never again. Near 20 yrs we've been visiting middlerock. Never had such poor treatment at any park in our lives. Park management will shift you to a different site of they stands to make more money from larger groups that want to stay together. Security and park management do nothing to keep order in the park, violence is tolerated from rogue groups attacking families, with Security merely a show of uniform, no order in the park after dark, very dangerous for children who are forced to share blind corners and access roads with oncoming vehicles, not enough amenities for amount of people during peak times, no duty of care with regard to providing safe environment to families, will not refund stay even if holiday is ruined by violent patrons who management allowed to stay theblist goes on. A once great park is now far from that. Staff and management need training in customer service and the place needs a much safer traffic management plan as a bare minimum. Not worth the near $1200 for 14 days of hell.

Stayed in connected suites with our family recently. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout from reception through to the housekeeping staff. The walk through to Samurai beach takes about 20min , half of which is along sand track which is well used by trail bikes and 4WDs so good to keep small children close. The beach itself is a bit open and is legal naturist beach and together with the 4WD traffic not a great place to hang out with kids. The park itself is quiet and well maintained. There were only 4 BBQ hotplates but was no problem getting access to one while we were there. The koala tour was quite interesting and were able to see a few sleepy koalas in the trees.. The onsite cafe is good for a morning coffee but otherwise offerings were quite limited. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean and provided a comfortable sleep. They are equipped with TV which we didn't get around to watching. The kitchenette is very basic with just a fridge, microwave and toaster. There is no hot plate or sink although basins are provided for washing up for a bit of the camping experience . A little over priced for the quality but still quite comfortable and good to know some of fee is going to help the koalas . All in all family enjoyed ourselves and was a good base for exploring the area.

最重要的事情寫在前面，到了前台不要先下行李！不要先下行李！不要先下行李！ 房間環繞泳池，很多房間可以停到門口，你拿下來要麼自己拖進去要麼再搬一次；進出車道進去靠刷房卡，出來自動抬起來；很方便！ 設施：夠用，完整的廚房設備，可以用來自己做飯，對面就是Coles，奧樂齊和沃沃斯三大超市； 唯一的問題是一樓起居隔音略差，好在房間都是二樓，兩個衞生間，一個帶陽台；一樓的花園直通泳池，可惜天冷，不太能下水； 衞生：乾淨清潔，我們自己也會全部整理好離開；門口除了車位還有垃圾桶，可以及時清理； 環境：漂亮的泳池，房間內也比較新； 服務：入住這天碰到全球微軟大罷工，沒有房卡，開車道開房間都是工作人員跑前跑好；也算是獨特經歷；半夜才拿到房卡； 不小心烤箱炸了個盤子，退房時主動告知賠償，前台哥們一句Noworry，哈哈服務滿分！ 附近的落日極其美麗，一定要去看！

It’s perfect

A bit disappointed that Trip.com didn’t give you the option to claim NSW vouchers. Landmark Resort provide excellent customer service, best I had ever experienced. Sam was amazing on our arrival and very helpful. Floors were sticky from soap residue, she came up within 10 minutes to wipe over tiles with clean water. Later that evening, she came up again to help me with the turning on the stove. Apartment was immaculate and well designed for a small 1 bedroom. Comfortable and modern. Lots of double PowerPoints to plug in your own devices. Beautiful view off the balcony. Excellent fast wifi. Great pool and games room (air hockey with ability to team up with a partner - 4 players, plus other games). Negatives: 1. Kitchen - No oven. Could add scissors, wooden spoon and smaller sized pan. Strange to have a huge fry pan to cook for 2 people, and on a small stove top. Also would recommend replacing Tefal type plans as they can become a health hazard when old. Bathroom - Shower head could do with an upgrade to handheld as the fixed one is small, and only wets just below shoulders, plus splashes everywhere. We made good use of the spa bath. Square toilet seats aren’t comfortable. Iron is very cheap and old. Dirt was coming out of the holes underneath and water kept spilling out of it.

酒店非常棒，預訂了一間海景一室的房間，風景和房間內設施非常完美。廚房足夠的大，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全。步行5分鐘去附近的woolworth超市採購，回來自己吃，性價比極高。紅酒杯，香檳杯都有配備。衞生間也很大，很寬敞。此外，晚上坐陽台上吹海風，喝喝小酒，極富有小資情調。下次來還會在選擇這家酒店。開車去出海的碼頭，3-5分鐘，交通極其方便。

Beautiful location and relaxed, cosy setting! The hotel itself is amazing, with great decor, amenities, as well as friendly and thoughtful staff!! Hopefully, I get to go back soon!!!

Stayed at the Mantra for family birthday celebrations at the bowls club and the golf club. It was a two minute drive to either of them. Shops were a 5 minute walk away. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was well resourced. It was a particularly cold weekend and we are from Queensland, morning 6 degrees feels like minus 1! The apartment had a reverse cycle aircon in the lounge area but not in any bedrooms. We requested a heater and were supplied with one but I believe they should be standard at least in the main bedroom. Reception staff were great.
