I have stayed with you several times before. I was disappointed and ready to not recommend or come back to stay again. There was food and dirt in the kitchen floor and toilet floor. There was no cupboard doors in the kitchen. The couch looked stained and there were crumbs on it so we asked for a bed sheet to be put over it just so we could sit on it. The wifi wouldn’t come up to choose and the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t cool. I have recommended this accomodation to others in the past but I feel I can’t now. Unit 604.

The stuff were so friendly and The room was clean enough and neat . highly recommend !

Room was great with a kitchen that had everything we needed. Be aware when using Google maps for directions to the parking lot as Google maps will send you to a neighbouring building. We had an issuewith the adjustable shower head not locking into place. The outside noise is very loud even with the windows closed. The bed was Hard and uncomfortable. Other than those issues, the room was a good size for two adults. The room and shower were clean. Location is close to the train station and restaurants. Staff were helpful.

I chosed to stay in this hotel because of its location. I want to be close to the Canley Vale area plus I'm an Accor member so this hotel was the best fit for searches. I was really impressed. I arrived 2 hours early for check up but I was pleasant surprised that .t room and key was all ready to go. The lady at the reception was fantastic she gave me a clear run down of all the facilities and directions. I had a suite and that was outstanding. Had a lounge area, well equipped kitchen, bathtub in bathroom, nice balcony overlooking the pool and a nearby cricket ground. The bed was great nice firm mattress. A very small bad mark with the electronic blackout curtains. I learned how to use it easily but there positions were not totally tight to the end so light was getting in early in the morning. I had breakfasts included and that was great with excellent selections of food. It is right next to the Liverpool Catholic Club so just need a temp pass and you can enjoy the restaurants there and looks like there was a big playground for kids inside. Outside there is a sports building with an ice rink and mini golf. I dont have my kids with me for this trip but I can see they will be very busy if they come here. Parking is free either right outside the hotel uncovered or a little bit further undercover at the Catholic club. All free. The staff was generally well mannered apart from a man on Day 2 at the reception who probably was having a bad day. Special mention to my fellow kiwi from Huntly who looked after me outside the club entrance we had a warm catch up about NZ where I'm from. Check out was super quick and I was well looked after. Overall, if I want to stay around the Liverpool area I would definitely return here again.

Thanks to Sid, Martin and Sam who ensured that my two stays at Meriton Suites Liverpool were very comfortable. Sadly I can not say the same about a couple of staff at Meriton Suites George Street Parramatta. Also, another special call out to Martin when I called regarding an enquiry the other day, he remembered me.

I’ll start with the location. Just of the main road and close to shops etc. Reception: The lady was wonderful and helpful. The room: Was comfortable and had everything we need. Look at the price. It’s not new, a little outdated but well worth it. We just wanted a bed and hot shower overnight. Perfect. The linen was clean. Car park secure and outside the front door.

The hotel himself was really good. Quiet, big room, and clean. Could check in earlier and nothing to complain. Just the location for non car users is a bit bad, because the bus not runs until late at night.

No parking, as wedding and event. No soap in bathrooms. Bar area filthy wasn't cleaned after lunch service. Bar service was very slow. At dinner, plates were removed when we were still eating. very loud band planing outside our room (that weren't told about) playing until 11pm and were unable to sleep. On checkout we found that happy hour cocktails where only one particular cocktail, which we were not informed about when ordering our drinks. Car was parked in when we left.

We had confirmation for a 12 noon check in via email. When we arrived I was told that we do not do 12 noon check in times? I explained to the lady on reception that we had confirmation via email that it was confirmed for a 12 noon check in. When I showed her, I got a negative response. We where told that I would be contacted as to when the room will be available. We had to wait 2 hours before our room was ready, which was at 2pm. We where missing shampoo's and body wash, I had spoken to reception about this and was told that room service will drop them of to us, Well it took them 2 days to get to us after asking several times. Not a great 4 night experience this time around staying here.
