Hotel terbaik di Chermside

Overall we rated everything a 10 for us. From the excellent reception staff to ease of access, from secure parking to coffee and a light snack on the way out in the morning, to the locale of the hotel and the proximity to shops and restaurants - it was perfect for our stay. We have stayed here before.

The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

Staff were friendly; the room was nice. The swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves in it. The gym set up was a bit strange; there is a partner gym 3 minutes walk away which is really well kitted out. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a receipt to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball ache - esp with a UK bank account. Breakfast was not great. Bananas were all past their best.

If you want basic, grubby, unfriendly service and not after value for money then this is the place for you, After going into our first room that smelt like someone had been smoking in there for years on end then second room provided was no better at all, Cleanliness is not existent in this establishment at all. Walls stained, cutlery draw had food scraps, toilet dirty, hair is sink and pillowcases which shows these aren’t changed, dishwasher still with food in it, sofa badly stained and overall entire apartment was dusty. Given we were travelling with our 7 month old daughter we didn’t want to stay put given how disgusting the place was but was denied a refund after going down to express our concerns. We were forced to sleep / stay here despite it being so grubby!! Emailed and sent messages hoping some action would be taken following morning but nothing, Goes to show they expect a premium price but want to deliver less than even remotely satisfactory. DO NOT STAY HERE If it wasn’t for the hospital next door this place would not stand a chance with these standards. Management clearly have no regard for their guests. Worst stay we have experienced. To be refused a refund and told there was nothing they could do is a joke. You have been warned

Séjour en studio, propre. agréable, proche des centres de santé et centre commercial Westfield. A proximité également des parcs nature pour ceux qui aime faire un footing ou simplement se promener en famille .accessible à pieds. Un personnel a l’écoute des besoins du client. Kami tinggal satu malam untuk majlis keluarga jadi kami hanya mencari kemudahan asas bersih. Kami suka bahawa ia berhawa dingin dan mempunyai microwave, pembakar roti dan jag. Lokasinya sangat baik dengan akses mudah ke kedai, pawagam dll. Dan hotel ini tersedia untuk makan jika diperlukan. Saya suka beberapa bantal ganti tetapi ada satu katil yang tidak kami gunakan jadi kami menggunakan bantal itu. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Katil adalah kukuh.

We needed a bed for the night after flying into Brisbane late and no connecting flight to Hobart. We were able to get a good pub meal and our room was very clean and well appointed. Shared bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Abit noisy in the early hours of the morning, but we had a 6am flight, so were up at 4am anyway. A suprise!

Wonderful motel with great amenities. The management are very accommodating and do a great job of maintaining the property to a high standard.

Stayed in a family room. very slight minor problem with the room, which management fixed immediately, The booking process was excellent. Initially we booked online thru an overseas booking group. We were quoted over $800 for a 2 bedroom apartment for two nights. A quick call to reception at the hotel, and the price dropped to $500. Rooms were clean, tidy, fully self contained and parking was easy. The restaurant, (which had ”not so good” Trip Advisor, reviews) was very good and reasonably priced. We were advised that there had been a change in management of the restaurant. Altogether a good stay and would not hesitate to stay there again

Superbly located accommodation that is flexible on; duration of stay, size and type of room, plus dinning and parking. I chose to stay in the motor inn section and the friendly staff were only too happy to change my online hotel booking on check-in, from the ground level to an excellent upper floor room. The grounds are lovely, with outdoor seating aplenty, as well as a sensational pool area. There is a cafe on-site and car parking is well and truly ample. In this part of Brisbane North, there are many excellent restaurants. And I decided to go with a take-away from the award winning Pizza Plaza at Boondall, washed down with a cheeky Rose Moscato.
