It is located right next to a highway that is accessible to many shopping area like Ikea, Chadston and the new shopping mall M-city, with only 20 min trip to the city. It is also surrounded by many restaurants, therefore you will not go hungry. Room wise, it offers all of the basic, it is reasonably clean except the curtain. The floor of the corridor does need some attention. The decor is bit outdated. Because it is right next to the highway, at night it can be very noisy with lot of car racing. With the price that I paid for, dont expect too much service where I received no service at all, my room was not made every morning and I had to empty the rubbish bin myself.

Staffs are hard to contact. They don't pay attention on the ex-customer. I asked for my receipts for my group. They didn't send me the correct receipt. I tried to follow but they didn't care anything. I don't recommend for anyone who will come for business issues.

I stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. I was given a key fob for underground parking du to the length of my stay which was fantastic. I had a room right near receptions that was perfectly fine. As I left the reception staff apologised if it was noisy but I never heard reception noise much at all. Late at night when everything was quiet the vending machine was noticeable but as it not used a great deal this was not an issue. Unit was clean and tidy and had everything I needed in it. The drier is a bit tricky and does not dry the clothes completely so if needing instant dry this could be an issue. I just hung the clothes for a few hours on the airier Would definitely stay again..

Very good attitude attending to my enquiries.
Allowed to check-in earlier which I feel super thankful!
Room was spacious and comfortable.
30 mins to the city centre by car.

Lovely people were willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as nice as it could possibly be. The hotel was close to food and to business so it made life easy as transport wasn't required. Our room was very nice and had all the features required to relax after a hard day's work thank you.

When we arrived from Regional Victoria, around 4pm, the Reception doors were closed with a message on the window to call a number. At first the lady could not find my booking, a booking I made 3 weeks in advance. After a short conversation the lady gave me the code to open the key safe, at least we had a room to stay in for the night. I was asked what time we were leaving so arrangements could be made for payment of the room, I said we would be leaving between 8-8.30am I was advised someone would meet me at Reception, never happened in fact we did not see a person in all the time we were on the property. No help with directions, no breakfast, not a happy stay. If you are considering staying at this property beware the restaurant and other areas are closed, including Reception, good luck.

We stayed here after a disastrous booking in the city. Staff friendly, welcoming & helpful, we felt very at home. Newly refurbished room & en suite. Great bus & train links into the city, excellent pub 100m away for lunch/dinner & local café 5 mins walk away for breakfast. Would highly recommend as an alternative to city accommodation.

I booked a Classic Queen room and stayed for three nights. It was a late check-in and I had a small issue getting access to the room, but it was eventually resolved (and the manager was very apologetic.) The room itself was spacious but slightly unkept. There were a bit of stain on the carpet and some dust on the lamp shades and lighting. However, the bed was comfortable and in good condition. I wanted to give this a higher star, and would've given it 3.5 if possible, as the housekeeping was regular and the general amenities were good. Looking at the conditions in the images, I understand this hotel has suffered quite a bit under Victoria's various and repeated lockdowns, and their restaurant has been a casualty as a result. I would not be against staying again.

It appears that this place has had a change in ownership and the new manager is amazing. It is nice to have a human face behind everything. The staff at the desk are very professional, responsive and helpful! The room is clean and well equipped. The location is also unbeatable, as there are shops (inc. a KFC) within walking distance and the Glen Shopping Centre is only minutes away. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely come again!
