Hotel terbaik di Cowra

We enjoyed great service. Facilities were good - with separate desk and a round dining table. Everything in the room was working well. Ian was a great host. The price is of good value for a sizable motel room. Note that breakfast is served only in the room, till 8:30. Don’t expect much common facilities- there is none. The balcony is sunny and have a balcony table and chairs. The room is kept very clean. Cleaning is done daily and we enjoyed having fresh towels and cups provided. I highly recommend this motel.

Hotel ini sangat bersih, mudah untuk tempat letak kereta, pemanasan dalaman berhawa dingin, bilik kecil tetapi dilengkapi dengan baik. Sikap perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik. Anda boleh berjalan kaki ke McDonald's di sebelahnya.

Golden Chain Aalana Motor Inn exceeded my expectations. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The facilities provided were pretty good for what I needed. It is very close to a restaurant, a cafe and KFC. All other restaurants and shops are within the walking distance. The facilities provided were pretty good for what I needed. This is not related to Aalana Motor Inn. If you don't drive, it is not easy to get a taxi.

This motel also goes by the name Countryman Motor Inn. I booked it because other reviews say that the owners/staff was good. I did not have a good experience with them though. First of all there was no clear information on how to use the NSW vouchers. When I sent them a message in Booking.com, they said that I can use the vouchers when I arrive in reception. But they left out the part on HOW I can use the vouchers. Apparently, to be able to use the vouchers I should NOT pay via Booking.com's online payment system but should pay personally at the reception itself. I was not informed about this (despite me having correspondence with the motel staff via the Booking.com messaging system) and I paid via the Booking.com online payment system. When I arrived at reception, I was simply told I cannot use the vouchers and that it was my problem. The staff just wanted to wash their hands and didn't want to do anything with it. I had to make two calls to Booking.com (who were extremely helpful) and had to go back and forth with the staff just to get it sorted out. My feedback to the management of this motel is, you should do your best to help the customer instead of leaving them in a lurch. If your reception just offered to help me and made a simple phone call or email to Booking.com, the issue would have been resolved very quickly and without much fuss.

We stayed for two nights on 21st and 22nd September2022. Our host, Matt, was friendly and informative form the moment we arrived. It was obvious that Matt's main concern was for all guests to be happy and enjoy their stay. You could hardly tell that the buildings were thirty years old. Still a modern feel. Very clean and tidy throughout. Some recent renovations including energy efficient lights etc. garden areas very well maintained. Generous sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and funriture. Easy parking right at the door of our room. Matt, the owner was very attentive to all guests; it's simply a matter of ask for anything and he'd do his best to help. This included great recommendations for places to eat- including what was and wasn't open on any given night, such as public holidays. Country Gardens would definitely be my first choice any time I was staying at Cowra.

Very good accomodation. The mattress was a tad too soft for me, but apart from that it was perfect. It’s right next door to the RSL and if you’re feeling on the lazy side you can get room service from there.

Great location and great value for money but a bit more attention to minor cleaning details are needed, see pic attached, someone had written in the dust on mirror before we arrived & it was still there...?
