We stayed for 3 nights and could so easily have stayed longer. We were greeted by Linda as if we were old friends, so friendly and welcoming. Andre appeared as well, again welcomed us into their beautiful home, such a lovely start to our stay. We were in the Emily room, beautifully and individually decorated, with the best bed and pillows we had on our Australian adventure. The room was perfect, immaculate and spotless. We loved Andres breakfast on our last morning and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with such lovely hosts. Sorry for the delayed review, Linda, but greetings from St Austell in Cornwall!

We stayed here on a last minute booking over the March long weekend. We are so glad we did. Susie and Gordon were warm and friendly hosts, who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We stayed in ‘the residence’ with our two teenage children. It has a lovely new bathroom, a kitchen and a barbecue outside in the patio area. This is where we cooked dinner each night. We also took advantage of the included Continental breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend this B&B and would like to stay here next time we are in Launceston. Thank you Susie and Gordon!

2 night stay - Location just out of the CBD. Multiple cafes / restaurants around the area if not wishing to eat at the hotel. Appreciated free parking close to entrance of hotel. Large room on the 2nd floor, and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Had delicious breakfast for both days (bacon & eggs, and eggs benedict - both which come with a coffee or juice) - staff in the restaurant are superb, very friendly and professional. I cannot remember our server's name but started with a 'K'. Our room had a small balcony, but didn't sit out there due to the cooler weather of late April. Two small maintenance issues (TV remote and blind chain) were advised shortly after check in and again when we left - our stay was over the weekend.

We had a very early flight, and We were tired , they kindly got our room quickly ready and gave us it for midday . Nothing was too much trouble. Great meal in the restaurant for dinner and the bar and atmosphere very old world . Top stay would definitely recommend any person to book. Pauline ( Sydney northern beaches)

Had two nights at the Hideaway - check in was friendly and helpful with local knowledge Location is great - easy walk to the CBD and lots of dining options The loft room was very nice and comfortable - shower very compact though The downside is lugging your suitcases up a staircase to get to your door

とても便利な場所にあります。パブ併設ですが、夜は静かに眠れます。パブのご飯も安くてボリュームがあります。ドライヤーがないので持参をしてください。 とても良かった点は、私が忘れ物をしてしまった際に連絡をくれて送ってくれる手配をしてくれたことです。スタッフは、とても親切です。

Austere on the outside, not easy to spot from the road, and harder still to penetrate, Change Overnight nevertheless offers a rewarding stay. With codes for access and no staff on site, just a manager on call, your stay will be an impersonal one. But the apartment is spacious, clean and modern, with every appliance you could need for a medium-term stay. The kitchen includes instruction booklets for all the devices, save unfortunately the washing machine which operates to protocols all its own. A minor inconvenience is the fact that bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, which will prove a problem if you have heavy suitcases. Garage parking is tight but reassuringly secure. Slept well, both floors air-conditioned.

STAY HERE!! Location / price / view / service / awesomeness!!! THE OWNER Lets start here! Tim, who is the owner and lives local is sensational and really makes the stay absolutely awesome!!! He has a yarn with all the guests at breakfast (which was included) and makes the effort to ask questions and get to know the guest :) wow - what a difference this makes to a stay! I never realised it until I met Tim - what I also loved was that you can tell he has REAL PRIDE in his business as he talks excitedly about the upgrades he is going through and this excitement for the business flows on to the staff that work for him who were all lovely, happy, friendly and helpful 1. I was upgraded upon checkin - my room was awesome! Top level great views! 2. I had a late checkout which was great as I had a late flight 3. Help with info on where to go and what to see - specifically Tim saying to come down and see him daily if I needed help on where to go 4. Shuttle service to airport help 5. Had an early check in at 12pm - Tim accomodated me as I had an early flight Tim even helped to organise the airport shuttle for me and called them up to secure a good price 😀 what service!! If only all owners took a page out of Tims book THE ROOM Wow! Loved it! Nice, clean with awesome views!! I was lucky to get upgraded and had top floor views over Launceston town and I couldnt wait to head back to the room after a day of exploring The bed was soooooooooooo comfortable and the BEST pillows ive ever experienced - I hope I can find 1 to buy for myself! So good! The shower… hello! What great pressure and hot water is fantastic! Mini fridge and microwave with cutlery if you want to have your own meals (which I did) so was perfect for me and one of main reasons I chose this accom BREAKFAST Amazingggggg fresh fruit!!! Chopped fruit around 8 options - this was the best part for me! Also choices of cereals and juices Toast - white / brown / raisin with jams honey peanut butters Black Coffee You can also upgrade and pay for a hot breakfast If you need parking there is free on the property Lift is quick and easy to use Bags kept at reception safe and sound when needed I have nothing negative to say at all about this accom but they have set the bar high in customer service for me Thanks Tim! I would like to give the reception staff Lisa and Karen 10 out of 10 for wonderful service. I was trying to get a bed for one night and rang the hotel as I'd booked on what I thought was their website - I'd booked the wrong night and couldn't change it. Lisa was the lady I spoke to and she very kindly sorted it for me in such a lovely manner. Then when I arrived Karen was on reception and the welcome was warm and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Personality plus, what an asset! The room was on the small side but comfortable, spotless and had a fabulous view of the city. It is also within walking distance of two theatres, bars and restaurants. A genuine pleasure to stay here, thank you ladies.
