Hotel terbaik di Keysborough

The room wasn't too bad, the beds were comfortable. The service was absolutely terrible!!! On arrival we went to reception and the guy that served us was rude and arrogant, No customer service skills at all!!! We went to our room and had to leave and go to an appointment, we returned and went to the bistro for dinner, to be told they were fully booked and we could eat in the sports bar. Looking around there were atleast 10 empty tables, we made our way into the sports bar and I walked straight back out, there was no way I was sitting in there with my family to eat a meal. I walked back into the bistro and asked if I could wait for a table, I was told with attitude from the staff that they would come and find us when a table become free, as we waited there was NOWAY this bistro was fully booked! There were empty tables everywhere. We waited half an hour and I walked in and sat at an empty table, a waitress came over and I said my son is hungry and we will be ordering dinner. We eventually had a meal with poor service!!! I will NEVER set foot back in this hotel again. The staff need some lessons in friendly customer service!!!!!

我續房的時候，稀裏糊塗定了一周以後的周五到周六房間，還自信滿滿選擇了不可撤銷訂單……結果到前台續房時才發現自己犯了錯，幸虧前台的帥哥和小美女各處打電話，又在電腦裏面搗鼓了好久，終於幫我修改好了訂單，特別特別感謝他們，太暖心了…..另外，做衛生的帥哥美女也都超級美膩！

While the outside doesn't look so appealing, the room and the carpark and walkways were very clean. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Friendly staff. My stay was during the week and it was quiet; I slept well. During a weekend I imagine it may be noisier.

On our way to a funeral in gippsland we arrived at the hotel about midnight .check in was made easy and a upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment was given from our triple room up the back we entered and was gobsmacked what amazing apartment. huge would be a word my only regret was not staying a week ...big thanks to the staff for allowing us to stay a little longer in the morning to finish a telehealth meeting with the ndis foe our son.....thank u so much..recommend recommend recommend

I stayed at Quest Dandenong with my sister as a last minute booking when we needed accommodation due to unfortunate circumstances. We were getting there after hours but their check in procedure was easy and secure, and the staff were very helpful and understanding. The staff went above and beyond in helping us, making what was an already difficult situation easier for us. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all amenities available as listed. Thank you so much for helping us out, we really appreciate it.

My wife and myself stayed here due to a damaged pipe in our apartment complex nearby. We were pleased with the welcoming and friendly staff. And enjoyed our relaxing stay.

The staff are lovely. The kettle didnt work so reception gave me a new one. Room was clean but had a real musty smell to it. The bathroom was okay but the upgrade looked like it was not done by a professional more like my paint job. Shower rose leaked down the wall and bathroom door jammed. Bed was nice and comfortable.

Tempat ini menghirup udara segar berbanding 4 tempat terakhir yang saya tinggal di kawasan itu. Tempat yang sangat sangat bersih dan kemas, gambar-gambar sangat tepat yang jarang berlaku. Katilnya selesa. Wanita di meja itu juga memberi saya pilihan bilik jika saya mahukan bilik di bahagian belakang yang kurang bunyi lalu lintas atau di tengah. Dia pun membukanya dan menunjukkan kepada saya. Kedua-duanya sangat bersih. Sangat kagum akan 100% kembali.

The service was great staff were helpful I would stay there again rooms were clean and location was perfect close to public transport shops and food.
