Small room abd nice room. Do not expect some fancy hotel. It just good enough for transit & have a rest.

Stayed in the king ensuite and was great! There was noise from the street but it was barely noticeable. Bed was comfortable and had some great sleep. There was a pedestal fan which did the trick as luckily it wasn’t too warm when we were there. Very close to the Neutral Bay Wharf which made trips to the CBD very easy. Nice hidden beach by the wharf as well as a little cafe. Excellent area for a small holiday!

Pier One Sydney Harbour is a class on its own. Check-in was a breeze and our luggages were already in our room when we got there. We got the room with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and it was fantastic. It wasn't a floor to ceiling window due to the design of the building, but it was still magical to see the bridge even from the king size bed. We slept and woke up to that view. The room was also spacious and could fit all three of our large, opened luggages, and had the nespresso machine, usual toiletries as well as robes and slippers. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfast buffet was ample (although other hotels have more offerings during buffet breakfast) but just right for the price. The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay are all walkable from the hotel which makes it a great base in Sydney. Pier One really made our Sydney stay more memorable.

Best view in the world , even better customer service and bar much more attentive really enjoy visiting here but feel this year it was even better just a great location , friendly staff from concierge through to the guys at the rear entrance just great

I booked this hotel for the aespa concert with my friend and it was the best stay’s ever first on our way to the hotel we got to go on the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the train and see all of northern Sydney but when we got off it was only just down the hill from the northern Sydney station so we didn’t have to carry out a big luggage for but also our room was awesome because we got a view of the Sydney Opera House and Luna Park so I really do recommend this place

Hotel peribadi kecil di kawasan putih, masa daftar keluar pada pukul 10, agak dikesalkan. Ia mengambil masa beberapa minit untuk berjalan ke jeti. Anda hanya boleh menaiki feri jika anda tidak mempunyai kereta. Ia berjalan setiap jam pada waktu malam. Bertentangan ialah City, selesa. Tiada restoran berdekatan. Beberapa butiran di dalam bilik tidak bersih, yang merupakan kegagalan. Semua yang lain baik. The amenities and all utilities provided were very good, The rooms were clean and decent sized, Staff was cordial and helpful. The best part is its location. Close proximity to the Harbour bridge, markets, malls - everything is stone's throw away. Enjoyed my stay fully.

My daughter and I had a wonderful girls weekend at the Pullman. Conveniently located in Circular Quay and a short walk to Sydney Opera House, the ferries, The Rocks and also the train from the airport and the light rail/tram. The staff are professional and attentive and breakfast was spectacular with amazing harbour views.
