well, lets start with the positive, reception staff excellant, bar staff excellant. room very clean and perfectly ok. room temperature was freezing, I slept with my cloths on. I ask reception about trying to fix the heat, they sent someone but no success. food , I ordered the lamb shank. it was actually funny. it was so hard I struggles to even eat it. you need to try it. take some friends have a few wines and order it. truly the worst meal. apart from cold room and hard food it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent in comfort and space. We specifically travel out of the location we are heading to just to stay here. Car parking is very reasonable. The staff are friendly and hospitable. Our room was clean, fresh, comfortable. We could not fault this hotel/apartment at all. Located in a very quiet area with easy parking out the back.

Beautiful hotel, but a bit isolated. It is probably better to stay there in spring or summer to fully enjoy the hotel with its outdoors and the pool. Room was great, staff too.

Quest Hotels have always been a good choice for me when staying away. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful and attentive. We had everything we needed for our trip. Overall it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

Cleanliness is very important to all the hotels and accommodation. because it can cause diseases. Dust comming from the fan and air-conditioning when it's running. I show cockroaches coming through the gaps on the walls. Specially the noise from the doors and air-conditioning need to be replaced. But although I realised this is how we all end it up if we after economy room. Management is very friendly but need more attention of cleanliness and maybe it's time to do renovations. Thanks

My wife and I have stayed here three times and found it very clean and quiet . Great sized rooms all with aircon . Very minimal road noise . It is alongside a great venue for dinner and drinks . Located close to a major shopping centre. Easy to find .

Bad bad WIFI

Clean and neat place with restaurant at the tavern. The location is within walking distance to train station that goes to Sydney.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and I, despite multiple changes to our staying dates. Cameron in particular was extremely welcoming and hospitable. Upon arrival the staff offered to take my friend's suitcase up to our room and when we asked, provided us with a microwave and toaster! Our room was well equipped and very clean. Although the hotel's location appears to be far from the city, we had no problem catching trains to and from the hotel. Even trains with limited stops will stop at Westmead station
