Cannot fault the staff, very friendly and helpful. The bar was great. Unfortunately no restaurant available during our stay due to lack of staff. Bar snacks were available though. Room was very well set up and cannot fault the comfort of the bed, the shower quality or the facilities in general. Our room was made up during our visit, which we weren’t expecting, but it was a lovely surprise to get fresh towels and have our bed made when we returned from a day out. However, the music is so loud from downstairs, it sounds like there is a speaker right inside the room! From 8am until 2am, we couldn’t even watch tv as the volume from the tv didn’t go loud enough to drown out the music. We mentioned it to the lady behind the bar, but as she was on loan from a different hotel, she had no idea how to turn it down for us.

Have stayed in Adelaide many times for both business and holiday, and this hotel now will be my first choice. Great rooms and facilities, views, location, parking . Hotel restaurants are the best and great staff who are all friendly and go out of their way to help. You just dont get all that these days. Well done to all.

I Have Found Since Staying Here The Management Have Been More Than welcoming, Not to Mention Very Warm Kind Management. They Ensure you are Comfortable. The Virtual Reception Assistance are Fabulous and Kind People also. Beds very comfortable, The Cleners are extremely good at their job. I have felt safe and secure. This Backpackers i would have to say would be one of the best in the world if you are looking to Travel to South Australia this accommodation is a must stay

Absolutely fantastic. Just missing the little individual butters. And luckily I had my own teapot as most places don't supply. Coffee drinkers well provided for. Loved the style of the shower rose. And the large grey tiles on the bathroom floor were non-slippery and the colour gave a cosy feel. Brilliant place, thank you.

Our check in was very easy and with a pleasant staff member (Mathew), Our room was comfortable but needs some updating. Unfortunately the weather was miserable and the driveway to our room had quite a lot of water which covered a couple of very deep holes. Our room was behind the hotel which protected us from any road noise. A free drink per person is given on arrival plus 25% discount on all meals during the stay. The meals we had were of good quality and service was excellent. The bar staff are very pleasant and prompt.

Tried to book a room at the pub and was given three different prices within about two hours which I thought was quite strange but when I got there and had a look at the ”establishment” I was not disappointed. Very interesting place ? Appeared to be nothing like the online pics and more like a very down market den. Having said that, if that's your thing and you can get a room for a very affordable price then good on ya.

Heritage hotel nicely refurbished. Checkin experience could have been smoother with processes, but eventually on track. Staff good everywhere we went. Comfy King Coil bed. Very clean throughout. New bathroom. New TV with Netflix. Studio-sized living space, and spacious in bathroom. Stairs up to rooms - a bit challenging with luggage. Signage in welcome lounge referring to a fridge needs check for customer impression. Wifi helped plan our day. Nice touches with bathroom products and soft white towels. Decent instant coffee and tea. Secure room key entry. Key coded from street level. Overall, very good and recommended. Close to 5 stars. Great location near coast and shopping.

I don’t usually write reviews and I know you don’t know me but… can I tell you Julie Anne was so amazing that I would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone with a family. We got the family suite as we are a family of 5 (which sucks in hotel land) last minute due to our flight being cancelled. The room was clean, the set up was amazing.. 3 kids in one room with a TV and us in an adjoining room with a queen/double (also with a TV) and a shared bathroom with shower. Beds are comfy, hotel restaurant was a 1 min walk.. oldest teenager didn’t want to come for dinner but joined us later given it was so close.. Wine was $6/glass and BWS also attached so we got to take advantage of the chilled glasses in the room fridge. If you are on the fence - I’d say go for it. We aren’t talking the Ritz but for what we wanted and what we were willing to pay this was right on the money. Also I hope Julie Anne’s boss reads this because my daughter couldn’t believe how amazing she was with us and will probably talk about her for the next year!! #just book it!

Little bit far from downtown but it just takes 30' by bus. Good value hotel in Adelaide, very quite, shared kitchenette extremely clean. Fully recomended. Friendly and helpful staff.
