We always stay at the dog free sites when we can. This place is brilliant , so many activities for children and a quiet leafy location for relaxing. Part from the cold. (We are from QLD) and not used to the weather it feels like home when we get here. Dogs love it. The best place we have ever stayed at for dogs. Other campgrounds should follow there example. Yes there are a few cobwebs in the showers but jut adds to the atmosphere. People that have negative comments, obviously haven’t stayed in some of the dreadful places we have encountered.

We stayed for two nights. The Motel: The first impression of this motel isn’t a good one, it looks very neglected from the outside although inside, the common areas are clean. The staff were as helpful as they had to be , but apathetic with it. The breakfast was ok. The room: crisp clean bedding, however the carpet and the sofa were very dirty, I only felt comfortable sitting on it once covered with a blanket. In room facilities: There was a sign above the tap saying the water needed to be boiled before drinking, but no bottled water was provided. Only instant coffee. The room had one single power socket nowhere near the bed. The fridge in the room was noisier than my parents’ 30 year old beer fridge, resulting in two very disturbed nights. The bathroom: The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously loud. There was a smell of raw sewage from the drain in the bathroom. My partner had to kneel down in the shower to wash his hair. Low point: When I was looking at my phone in the dark I had the delightful experience of a large cockroach scurrying across my screen.

Good hotel. The room was a reasonable size considering that this is a budget hotel, the ensuite toilet and shower are small but adequate. It is a bit out of town but fine if you have a car (probably public transport is available nearby, I did not check). They don't have a restaurant but you can buy a frozen meal from reception and heat it in a microwave if you like (continental breakfast can also be bought, I didn't try it).

Didn’t book a room until the day I landed. This property kept on popping up, I didn’t want to stay in the northern suburbs as my day started early the next day in bungendore but I thought just get up earlier. Check in was easy, friendly, prompt. I received a free upgrade. The room was very nice, clean, spacious and had a nice balcony to overlook some greenery and local buildings. I found that the hotel was very quiet which I liked, no exterior noise. Had all I could ask for, my only knock which is so slight was the shower area, I’m quite tall and the shower head wasn’t high enough for me, and water pressure lacking a little. But overall 5/5 The stand out was I checked out, drove off and realised I had left my wedding ring in the room. I came back with no staff in attendance, and I had put my access card into the early bird check out box. I called the help desk, after confirming I was who I was, they cut the key remotely and I regained access to my room and got said precious. Close to plenty of eating options, shopping district. Would certainly return

DO NOT STAY HERE. We paid nearly $2000 for the 3 bedroom apartment and it is very obvious that they NEVER get cleaned. They may have ‘cleaners’ employed but they do not clean a single thing. The carpet is absolutely disgusting and if you have a crawling baby do NOT stay in here. The quilts are covered in what looks like poo or blood stains and we had to ask the ‘cleaners’ for new ones but don’t think they will put them back on for you, they will dump them in a pile on the lounge. You get given half the amount of towels you need for the people in the room and the sign says place towels in the shower and they will give you new ones. We had 6 people in our room and had to collect fresh towels from the pool area and they would take ALL 6 and replace it with 3. I don’t understand why a 3 bedroom apartment would have 1 bathroom but the 2 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms. We know this as family stayed on the other side and those rooms were slightly better. Our shower was so mouldy and the spa bath is broken, not that I would use it anyway cause I can’t even imagine the crap inside those jets when the entire apartment doesn’t even get cleaned. The shower door doesn’t even close properly ( see pics) so you either let the water pour out on the floor or use hulk strength to slam it shut as it scrapes all the metal. The bathroom door into the bedroom also has to be shut with hulk strength as it also scraped along the floor and gets jammed. Furniture was falling apart, beds, tables, lounges ( see pics) the table leg was about to fall straight off. Basically all the drawers were filled with crap left from the previous person that stayed, maccas coupons, face masks, chocolate and wrappers, a razor. Again I repeat, these apartments do NOT get cleaned. Oh and they give you 2 toilet rolls for a family of 6 and if you pop down to Woolies and buy your own so that you can actually wipe your bum and your family can wipe their bums, don’t leave your packet of toilet rolls near the toilet because the ‘cleaners’ will in fact start taking YOUR own supply of toilet rolls to put on the holders, taking WITH THEM half a roll of toilet paper that wasn’t used. All YOUR own toilet paper. Moving on to the kitchen, the website says fully stocked kitchen but if you were thinking of actually cooking in your oven think again cause 1. You will burn your hands off getting anything out cause there is literally nothing to use and there are also zero trays to actually cook anything on. The website also says fresh tea towels daily but we never had a single new one in 5 days. If you are also thinking you would like the convenience of a private washing machine, don’t bother, it’s broken and not one staff member will tell you and they don’t put a sign on it. There was, however, some tape in the lock section we took a guess that maybe it’s broken or was the tape so it didn’t close shut all the time and go mouldy. Amazing value for the price. Was greeted by friendly staff and also on departure they were very friendly. They also went out of their way to track down a charger for my son's mobile phone which made the whole experience bearable becuase a teenager without their phone could have been a nightmare. The room itself was so clean, I could not even see any streak marks from the cleaning. The cleaners deserve to be acknowledged for such good cleaning. The bedding very white and comfortable. All the little extras come with it including ample tea and coffee, milk, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner etc. I have stayed many places and this would have to be one of the cleanest places I have stayed in. I didn't realise it was part of the club and this was a bonus because it was raining so we just had showers and then went downstairs for dinner, it was too easy. We also got free membership which provided us for discount food and drinks. The parking downstairs was a bonus too as it was raining, again so we didn't get wet. We definitely will come back and stay again because of the price and cleanliness of the room.
