Hotel terbaik di Werribee South

Sedikit sukar mencari tempat. Tempat tidurnya sangat selesa. Kata bufet semasa membuat tempahan tetapi kerana keadaan semasa, COVID omong kosong, ia mengubah beberapa perkara tetapi kami tidak diberitahu sehingga sedikit lebih rendah.

The absolute disgraceful rudeness from the owner Sandi was appalling from check in, I was told “ don’t bother putting DO Not Disturb “ on your door at all as we clean each room daily, and if asleep you will be woken . Following morning, I didn’t just receive a loud knock I woke to someone pounding at my door, It was honestly out of control, I’ve never in my life experienced anything like it, Room extremely poor Only power points that worked were in the bathroom Air con worked once, My phone was dropped and completely broken after my first night As I didn’t know the area at all to find a Telstra shop and couldn’t check in with my family , I explained to Sandi what had happened and that I needed to contact my family as they. will be trying to contact me Sandi responded “ I think there is a pay phone down the road “ The following day I asked Sandi could she please write down directions to the Telstra shop Sandi could not even take just 5 minutes to write correct directions, instead wrote three st names?.. I’ve traveled a lot in my life and I can honestly say this was the. most horrendous experience I’ve ever had All I can say is STAY AWAY

Room was comfortable, clean and quite. We enjoyed a ver cosy and peaceful stay. Easy parking and very close to shops and dining/takeaway options. Priced well for excellent facilities and we really appreciated the free parking!

A few nights away in a twin room, with 2 adults and 2 kids basic room with small bar fridge to fit a few drinks or snacks in, a kettle, a t.v, iron, hair-dryer and safe. The room had plenty of power points, usb points and a wireless alarm clock. The small bathroom has a good size shower (which was fixed promptly when we questioned the water pressure). There was hanging space both in the cupboard and hooks on the halls making it easy to hang coats in winter. There was only one desk chair and one single couch chair and table. The breakfast was great with many selections, friendly fast service. They didn't have many milk options, however had some GF options around. The check in was fast and there were couches for the kids to sit on while we were being served. We didn't use the bar or business and conference areas. The lifts were quick and never busy and carparking was pretty quiet except for one night however parks still available. We would stay here again, with lots of close restaurants, coffee shops and the train nearby this is a great location.

Hotel ini nampaknya dikendalikan oleh seorang India, tiba sangat lewat dan perkhidmatannya tidak teruk. Keadaan kebersihan hotel adalah sederhana. Rasanya sangat biasa, tanpa perasaan resort, tidak akan tinggal lagi. Kelebihannya ialah tempat letak kereta yang selesa.

Very disappointed, see photos. Kitchen chair vinyl holey, throw rug dirty, door knobs falling off, TV'S not working all channels. Generally felt dirty. Freezer in fridge full of ice needed defrosting. Shower tiles and grout dirty, rubbish bin in bathroom filthy didn't want to touch it. Because of ripped chairs they would not have been cleaned properly.

Sekiranya anda perlu tinggal di kawasan ini rumah-rumah bandar ini bersih sangat moden, mempunyai semua kemudahan memasak dan TV serta internet. Sangat baik di bawah tempat letak kereta dan sangat lapang untuk keluarga yang menawarkan studio satu bilik tidur dan dua bilik tidur. Dengan kadar yang sangat baik.

Room was very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff, reasonable price, fairly easy to get into CBD. Cleaning staff went above and beyond making up our room each day, even sitting up my son's special bunny in pride of place on his bed, such a simple little touch that wasn't their responsibility but it didn't go unnoticed. Thank you. Pillows are in need of updating, and a heads up that their was going to be power outage and a lot of noise on Monday night would of been nice. Overall very happy with our stay.
