It is my 4th. time in this convenient hotel which is well located. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and tasty. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. 2 large elevators. I came as a tour guide from Israel with groups and they enjoyed their stay.

We stayed at Pansion Nur for one night in Mostar during a recent trip to the Balkans. It could not have been more charming. The location is perfect (steps from the ”Crooked Bridge”), house is lovely, room comfortable and well-appointed, and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the river. The host couple are the most lovely people. The husband parked our car for us (free onsite parking is a huge bonus!!), and spoke excellent English, and the wife makes home-made ice cream for the guests! They also gave us great advice on where to eat. Two tips: 1. Follow your GPS exactly. It will tell you to turn on a road that may not appear to be a road, but this is where you need to turn. 2. When you get to the Pansion, ring the buzzer and the hosts will come out to greet you.

PPengguna TetamuBastante céntrico, amplio, limpio, cómodo y muy nuevo… ninguna queja. La chica que lonlleva es muy simpática y nos dio algunas recomendsciones. También nos dejaron un detallito para desayunar, lo cual se agradece. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y nevera… bastante útil en verano. Indican que tienen aparcamiento pero, a priori, parece que solo hay una plaza…, asi que si lo necesitais, habladlo por adelantado. Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia ahí.

Great value fo money! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the hotel is well located. We came from Dubrovnik by car. It was easy to get there, parking spots are available for guests. At night we were able to access restuarants and shops by foot from the hotel. The staff was also very friendly. If I were to come to this town again i would definitely book here again.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked 2 Deluxe Double rooms with the hotel. One of our rooms is annexed to the Reception and Restaurant building, and the other room is located in a building across the street from the Reception. Both rooms look like they have been recently refurbished. They were clean and spacious. The hotel does not have lifts, and this might be a problem for those with mobility issues. The location of the hotel is ideal - it's right smack in the Old Town and we could walk to all the highlights. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Public parking is only about 20m away from the hotel - you need to pay in the local currency at a self-service machine when you exit. You just need to take a ticket when you enter. So, no problem for those who have just crossed the border from Croatia and do not have local currency. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was a spread of about 20 small plates of delightful mezes served at the hotel's restaurant. Staff speak excellent English and were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others to Mostar!

PPengguna TetamuHôtel simple, à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Mostar. Petite structure de moins de 10 chambres. Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, mais vous trouverez facilement de quoi vous restaurer dans la vieille ville de Mostar, dont l'entrée est en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel Deny dispose de quelques places de parking privées. Les chambres sont de standing simples propres, bien entretenues. La salle de bains est dotée d'une douche et WC. Les chambres sont climatisées et la literie est confortable. En plus de sa situation idéale, le gros atout de cet hôtel sont simplement les gérants Ines et Elvir, deux personnes extraordinaires! Très sympathiques, souriantes, à l'écoute elles feront absolument tout ce qu'il leur est possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup à eux qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, grâce à leur hospitalité, leurs bons conseils pour les restaurants (et même la réservation du dîner suite à notre arrivée tardive) Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

Very lovely staying. My room was still, wide, confortable and with a balcony. The personnel was very kind and ready to help with extra towels. The food was super: simple, tasty, genuine, served in generous amount. Angelko has been a very pleasant host. The position is excellent, just in front of the parish. I will surely enjoy again the hotel in my future staying in Medjugorje.

EEricGreat hotel in the center of old town Mostar. Not much in terms of amenities but the restaurant has great food and the service is second to none. Great place to stop for a night or two to experience the old town and enjoy some traditional food. The staff and the scenic location are what makes this hotel stand out. Lejla and her sister were the stars of the staff. I may come back just because of Lejla

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here.
PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.

One of the best experiences I had. Starting with hotel booking per se, it was fully booked season. I managed to book by direct contact with the front disk as an old loyal customer. Emailing was prompt and to the point when I changed our arrival time. Room location was very nice with Neretva view, spacious with extra bed. The bathroom was excellent. Top clean and quality service at front desk and room service. The breakfast was very good. Hotel location was very convenient. Thank you Bristol Hotel family- it was very nice stay and hope to see you once again.

PPengguna TetamuWe were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.
