This is our second time staying here and it was as good as the first time, so they are clearly consistent in their service. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well-designed. Breakfast is good quality. Facilities are very good with a free drinks and fruit refreshment station by reception. Location is fantastic, less than a minute from Brussel Luxembourg, or a 30 mins walk to the Grand Place. Ideal on all levels.

la recepcionista fue super amable y no tuvo problema en hablarme en mi idoma, la verdad que me sentí super comoda y ya solo con eso me ganaron☺️ estaba sola y me pusieron una mini habitación que era una pasada, super limpia, muy bien equipada incluso con secador de pelo, tenia un pequeño ventilador por si tenia calor y una tele que desde la cama se veia de lujo, un tamaño ideal y se notaba que era relativamente nuevo! quedé super contenta recomiendo un monton si viajas solo porque estaras super comodo y el trato de los trabajadores es excelente🥰🥰, ademas, con el bus 71 te deja a solo 5 minutos del hotel y luego tan solo estas a maximo 10 min en ese mismo bus de la grand place y de la royale!! si eres español no dudes en visitar este hotel🤗🤗

A very basic hotel. Rooms are clean, but very simple and undecorated. Choose this hotel if you need a place to sleep, but do not intend to spend time in your room. The staff at Reception are friendly. Without a doubt, the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast buffet. While of modest proportions, it contains everything you need.

My wife and young child were visiting Brussels for 2 nights. We checked in on July 3 at the Renaissance front desk. We walked over to the building for the Executive Apartments, which is obvious need of upgrades in the lobby, elevator and hallways. We went to our room on the 1st floor, and it instantly smelled strongly of cigarette smoke (and thus not an option for our young child to stay in). I went back to the front desk lobby and explained the situation. The lady at the Reception (I believe her name was Alicia), said the room was Non-Smoking, and shouldn’t have been smoked in, but gave us a new key for a new room on the 2nd floor. We opened the door to our new room, which smelled horribly like a chemical factory. We opened the windows and hoped the smell would dissipate, but realized there was no hope for that. It was as if the room was doused in cleaning solution to cover up something that happened inside. The room was also in desperate need for repairs and upgrades, especially the tiny bathroom. We decided this hotel was not for us, and I walked back to the front desk (with a headache from the chemical fumes), explained the situation, and it was as-if they knew exactly what I was talking about and agreed with me and allowed us to cancel and check-out. We then drove around Brussels for 2 hours to find another hotel that had vacancy, which we found at Steingenberger’s Wiltcher’s at a 5x higher rate than what we originally booked at Marriott Executive Apartments. This is the first time in my life I have ever had to check out of a hotel shortly after arrival. I thank the hotel for agreeing to cancel my reservation, the lady at the front desk was very understanding and helpful.

The hotel is lovely. Breakfast is great, great variety and very tasty. There is free coffee/tea/juice/water during the whole day and that is a lovely detail. The women in reception were lovely. On the other side, the toilet door does not completely close or seal the toilet and from the room you can see inside of the toilet, that is the only thing that is very uncomfortable. Most of the plugs in the room did not work, there were only two working and they were away from the beds. I do recommend the hotel but a few improvements should be made, specially with the toilet door.

We booked this hotel as somewhere to stay during our weekend girls break. The hotel was friendly, clean and easy to find. The reception staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there before we checked in so we didn’t have to carry our bags around all day. We were also able to leave our bags there after check out as our flight wasn’t until later in the day. We informed them that it was our friends birthday and they left balloons in the room for us. Would recommend!

I can't say enough about great stays at Moxy. When I go to Europe, I generally try to find a reasonably priced, independent boutique hotel in the city center with high ratings. But on several recent occasions, I found myself in hotels that were clean, well-appointed and convenient to everything, but which had scratchy sheets or hot foam pillows. So for Brussels I reunited myself with Moxy. It was more than a half a mile walk from the central train station, but that wasn't a deterrent. The lobby was as comfortable and eye-catching as every other Moxy I've stayed in. The breakfast offering was amazing with a massive choice of hot food, pastries, nuts/granola, juices, sliced meat and cheeses and, of course, coffee, espresso and cappuccino. The bed completely relaxed my body after a sleepless redeye flight. And the spacious Villeroy & Boch shower further reinvigorated my stiff bones. Moxy hotels are great. Stay in one if you haven't already.

great location. near EU Parliament. 20 minute walk to grand place. very comfortable bed.
