No o primeiro dia foi bom. No segundo dia, meu quarto estava bloqueado retornei a Recepção e fui notificado sobre ”não fumar no quarto”. Fiquei tranquilo pois descia pra fumar (podendo ser comprovado por câmeras externas), achei que seria porque a Recepcionista estava a namorar fora do hotel naquela tarde, quando estava voltando e a mesma me viu fumar. Ao chegar no quarto descobri a veracidade da tal acusação: Havia um maço do meu cigarro no guarda-roupas e ali estava mexido. Estava com uma bolsa cheia de medicamentos ao qual foi mexida, sei bem, pois o meu controle de uso dos medicamentos. era exatamente pelo lixo (digamos assim) dos medicamentos. Outra coisa que me deixou em alerta, foi que haviam garrafas de água vazia que não haviam sido descartadas, mas a parte do guarda roupas com o ”lixo de medicamento” e o maço do cigarro haviam sido mexidos. Desci a Recepção e solicitei que fosse informado aos Responsáveis que não queria a ”troca de toalhas” ou que mesmo que ela fosse feita, somente quando eu estivesse lá. Pra minha surpresa no dia seguinte, saí após o café da manhã para fumar e elas foram ao quarto, mas a segunda ocupante estava lá e foi feita a troca, ou seja, se os dois estivessem saído, fariam a entrada, mesmo eu solicitando no dia anterior. Já havia me hospedado no mesmo hotel, no ano anterior e não tive nenhum problema. Sempre preferi a rede e em nenhum momento tive qualquer problema, mas vejo que a situação ocorrida não teve um devido tratamento que um cliente deve ter. O mínimo seria a gerência me chamar. Após esta situação, resolvi sair antes do fim da minha estadia. Perguntei sobre o gerente na hora do check-out, pois solicitaria que o mesmo fosse comigo ao quarto fazer uma avaliação, mas o mesmo não se encontrava no local. Me senti acusado sem fundamento, lesado por não ter como me defender e ainda mais grave, DESCONFIADO em deixar qualquer tipo de coisa no quarto. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO A ESTE HOTEL
