Our original plan was 1 night which turned into a 2nd and perhaps a 3rd which we were unsure of. The hotel expected to be busy on the 3rd night so rather us lose our room as we were undecided, they held it for us until we decided. The front desk staff were very professional and a joy to deal with. Our last day was not the regular housekeeping day but I asked for fresh sheets and they accommodated us there as well. The hotel is a quick trip into old Quebec and very easy to get to. Thanks N Hotel!

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting old quebec. If you can manage an easy 10 minute drive into old quebec, this place is ideally located. In a quiet, nice, clean neighborhood it has great facilities to hand. There are gas station, Tim's and local store within walking distance, and lots iv great restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet....I got the impression we were the only one in there! Downsides....the staff were somewhat matter of fact at reception, no info about spa, Cafe etc, just here's your keys, sign here. We stayed in what looks to be a new addition to the hotel and the elevator can only be described as the slowest in Canada, I get it, it's a disabled use friendly one, but be prepared to wait for it! The stairs are not an option when you have heavy suitcases.

Great First Family Hotel Check-In experienced since Pandemic and with a 2yr old boy. Our Boy enjoyed the private moment at the swimming pool with his own floaters and walking around looking the indoor plants and hearing the birds. We came prepared with our personal things (from food, table cloth, and personal things) since we have a child and so our son felt comfortable (homey & we are still on precaution) and enjoyed his first hotel experienced..check-in weekdays which is less crowded and glad other guests are respectful. Walking distance to many fast food and resto and mall galerie de la capitale where our boy enjoyed his first amusement indoor park.. Note: No everyday cleaning in the room but we maintain our room organize and clean for our son.. but the shared area the clean which is more important.. Our Son want to come back “Again”

Relatively new hotel, modernly furnished. Situated in the Beauport suburbs with plenty of shopping and fast food restaurants nearby. There is a Walmart within a short walking distance Free parking for those who drive. Location is 10-15min drive from downtown.

Smooth and fast check in - out. Damage/loss incidental deposit was fully refunded. Room was very clean and neutral scent. Bed was comfortable and clean. Front desk was multi-lingual and can communicate in english as well which they will answer your questions and explain regarding your booking. Breakfast is available. They have the Best price in the city. There are Security Cameras around the parking lot/reception for safety. Has Plenty of parking space and well lit at night. Strong and fast Wifi internet, Fridge, blow dryer and cable TV available. Lots of hot water flowing and consistent temperature.

Nous avons passés une très bon séjour. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Le motel est est très propre, les serviettes sont changés tous les jours. Il y’a une machine à café, un frigo et une table pour manger dans la chambre. Il y a la climatisation pour l’été. Très bonne localisation, proche de Québec (avec les transports en commun), proche des chutes et du parc Jacques Cartier. Vous avez des commerces à côté (supermarchés, Tim Horton, Mcdo). Parfait pour passer quelques jours ou juste une nuit.

Location is very very convenient. There are buses to go to Old Quebec Town. Staff are helpful and friendly and even helped to change money for us to take the bus as a trip cost $3.75. The Bus Captain will not refund the balance, hence saved me a lot of money as I didn't have any loose change. Breakfast is good but no change in variety for the 2 nights' stay. Room is big but a little dim. I especially like the toilet design. The shower and bath are separated from the vanity basin
