Hotel terbaik di Nisku

We love staying here, it is always our first choice for Leduc/Nisku. The staff are friendly, you can get settled into a room quickly, and they always do their best to accommodate room requests. I have stayed here as someone travelling with only adults and while travelling with a baby, both times they have met all our needs.

Staying overnight right now at the Four Points. The check in was smooth and front desk was great. The room is clean, cool and comfy! Very happy with the hotel but not happy with the attached restaurant, Rick's. I ordered a meal and went down to grab it. The chef wasn't wearing a mask, and was talking and coughing while preparing my order. When I asked him to wear one and remake my food, he refused. He came out (masked) to talk to me. He said that the kitchen gets too hot and he won't wear one while cooking. I refused my food. I went to the front desk and told them. She recommended Montanas across the street. It was a fantastic salad! I'm grateful for her. This isn't the hotel's fault as I am aware the restaurant is only attached and owned by others. But I couldn't rate the hotel higher, because the entire hotel isn't actually covid safe. If the whole covid thing isn't an issue for you, then perhaps Rick's is safe with other parts of food handling?? But I don't trust a restaurant that picks and chooses what food safety rules to follow

굉장히 깔끔하고 cozy한 숙소였어요. 혼자 가서 방을 썼는데 생각보다 넓고 어메니티도 나름 잘 되어있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 공항까지 셔틀버스도 운영하고 있어서 더할 나위없이 편하게 있다가요ㅎㅎ

The service at this hotel is superb. The front desk staff were so helpful and considerate. The facilities are exceptional. The food was excellent. The room was lovely and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. All amenities were considered. Robes in the closet, Keurig coffee machine with generous supplies. I did not see the other guest amenities as I had just arrived from an international flight, was a late check-in and was booked for one night only. I would positively book here again.

Had a present stay. No issues. Little dated but comfortable . Has all the amenities you'd expect at this price.

Great location to Leduc, Airport and South Edmonton. Breakfast was hot, simple and adequate with cold cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon or sausage alternating days, bread or bagels. The King room was comfortable with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The temp fluctuated but probably user error and room set for 18 and usually 22C, should have mentioned it at the time but did not. Staff was excellent, super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable and great price. When we booked there was no pool mentioned so surprised to find a pool and hot tub and finding a bathing suit the end of September was nearly impossible. Pool was cool after all the effort to find something to swim in but grandkids didn't mind it.

Check in was okay but upon arrival to our suite it was disgusting! There was stains everywhere the floor, chairs, walls, curtains, bathroom floor, mirrors. The table was broken and the chairs and carpet under them had been spilled/puked on so much they actually made crunch sounds. When we moved the table chairs we were greeted by mystery goo spewed all down the wall. When we let the front desk know before we ventured out and about we assumed they would rectify the situation and get it cleaned but then upon arrival back we entered to the same mess. The cleanliness is definitely not a priority at this hotel. I have stayed at many holiday in express and this is by far the grossest one. I used to clean hotel rooms and as such know the standards they should uphold and this one definitely is not meeting them. I would not recommend staying here there are other much nicer hotels in the area.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable with soft sheets, the breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. They have a free shuttle to the airport and to yhe hotel from the airport, which was nice having a family of 4 coming in on the plane at 2 am.

Liz and Jamie in the breakfast area were excellent. Very friendly, good service, and a great breakfast. Room was okay. Usually when staying here, my HH Diamond status is not acknowledged at the front desk. Sometimes they give water and sometimes I have to ask. I have stopped asking if there is an upgrade available as apparently they do not give them. Airport shuttle is shared with lots of other properties so sometimes it is a bit of a milk run (with this property first on when going to airport, and last off when coming from the airport). The GM is very good to offer a longer-term parking option which is the main reason we stay at this property.
