All in all I was very happy with the hotel, its quite modern and close enough to the skytrain station to walk, as well as being along a ***** of great food options. You're given some pretty soft slippers to wear instead of shoes and there's two lockers for luggage. Bathroom facilities are reasonable, clean and well styled. Now to talk about the pods, I gave this place a 4/5 stars because there's some room for improvement. I do find the mattresses to be pretty thin, not terrible but not a comfortable first night sleep, and I feel that $70 before tax is a bit too expensive when a full hotel room is double the price for much thicker mattress, room and personal showers + tub. I feel $50 would be a more fair price if achievable down the line, I understand this is still a newer hotel and first years operation costs can be very pricey. Id also ask for more air supply options, having the small fan is nice, but I like to sleep cooler and the fresh air vent didn't output as much as I'd like due to it being a central system. Other than that, it was incredibly nice to have a much more economical option for sleeping in Richmond, and the location honestly is fantastic and the service was great too. I'll absolutely be staying here again and I do recommend this location. I just wish they could offer more when it comes to bed comfort.

I love this gem of a hotel! I have family in the neighborhood, decided to stay here the night before flying out of YVR. We usually stay at a local Holiday Inn, this hotel a little further away from the airport, but well worth it. I was a bit daunted by the check in, (no front desk) but all went smoothly. We are in the area often to see family, this will be our airport hotel from now on. Spotless, lovely details, awesome location.

環境非常寧靜，非常舒服，房間很乾淨，大廳也可以座座，看看外面的社區風景，完成感受到過來溫哥華生活是怎麼樣的一回事。非常舒服節奏很慢，還有廚房也有大量的咖啡茶可以用。
如果我要再來肯定要再來這一家［寧靜之家］非常的棒。

What a great experience my sister and I had while staying at Stone Hedge with Brian and Linda. They are greatest hosts ever we were so spoiled right from the minute we were picked up at the airport. We arrived at the B and B to flower petals in the toilet and lovely clean room where we freshened up and then followed Brian’s directions 2 blocks to have our dinner. That night we slept like babies in those comfortable beds. It was so nice to get up early and make a cup of tea in the little kitchenette just off our room where we could make coffee/tea. We had a very early tour so Brian and Linda made us a to go bag what a nice surprise! After a long day Brian picked us up at the bus and brought us back to the B and B and surprised us with Mr Cooper pies and sweet potatoes, they were delicious! Next day we had a four course breakfast and off to the cruise port we we went we had a knowledgeable tour along the way. I wood come back to this B and B in a heartbeat thank you so much Brian and Linda😁

Bird lodge is located in Richmond, Vancouver. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and one living room with independent entrance. Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the house. Floor heating and air conditioning system. The two rooms are equipped with Queen size double beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, and table lamps. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair care, lotion, and hand soap. The living room has a sofa, TV, dining table, dining chairs, refrigerator, hot water kettle, coffee, tea, washing machine and dryer. Please note that cooking is not allowed in the room! It is only a 10-minute drive from YVR International Airport and a 20-minute drive to downtown Vancouver. There are many restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Western, and fast food. It takes 5 minutes to get to the bus station and the skytrain station.

The staff working here were the friendliest, most helpful and kind people I have encountered in a hotel ever. They definitely made up for the challenges of the current renovation. Our room was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was lovely. It was difficult not having good restaurant options for breakfast. There is a cafe with limited choices but they really should open the restaurant up for breakfast. There was a strike going on while we were there so maybe that was an issue. The pool was also closed so the the whole hotel feels a bit like a ghost town. I think that it is pretty expensive for the situation it's in at the moment but understand that it is an airport hotel so will be pricey. I cannot say this enough though: the staff were incredible. This makes such a difference and we really appreciated it.

MMasailuo作為一名熱愛旅行的民宿愛好者，以及曾經的海外民宿主，且不喜歡評論酒店的i人，我深深地被這次居住體驗驚艷到：
1. 整體印象：
所見即所得，房東姐姐超級熱心，體貼和耐心。
2. 地理位置：
離國際機場很近，打車大概10-15分鐘，附近有公交站，走路6分鐘，也有小型的商圈（雖然我沒有去），坐公交大約25分鐘即可天車站。
3. 周邊環境
屬於富人區，Uber司機打車過來的時候，説這個區域屬於妥妥的華人富人區，在温哥華，華人富人區意味着安全和乾淨。
4. 房東本人
溝通起來很暖，走的時候和房東姐姐聊了一回，大致瞭解了一下這幾年温哥華的變化，感慨房東姐姐一家的超前的理念以及優秀的為人處事。
5. 房間內部
幾乎所需要的東西都有，而且基本屬於高配，對不起，我之前的住過的民宿沒有這麼多細節，讓我覺得很驚艷。
衞生間的馬桶上有維達的濕巾，房間有熱水器，那種很高級的那種，不是100塊錢的熱水壺。
床單被褥都很乾凈温馨，雖然是夏天，但是温哥華晚上還需要蓋着厚被子。房東姐姐家是感覺那種羽絨被，有附着感，但是不沉。而且還是香香的，比我家乾淨太多了。4個枕頭，睡覺超級有安全感。
衞生間也有窗户，早上起來，卧室和衞生間都可以開窗通風。
總體來講，屬於我住過的民宿裏頂級的那種，下次來温哥華可以當家的那種。

RRebecca LillianThis is a very clean and welcoming hotel! Unfortunately a few amenities were out of service as they are currently renovating (hot tub and bicycles) but everything else was fantastic. They also accommodated an early check in and late check out with zero surcharge. We would definitely stay here again!

PPengguna TetamuThe restaurant at this hotel was soooo nice; but even nicer was our waiter, Remi. We had our daughter's mother in-law visiting from Morocco this past weekend. She knew very little English; however, Remi saved the day. He knew Parisian French and was able to converse with her very easily. It made our dinner time together very special. Remi also kept watch over us and gave ideas as to how better enjoy our dinner. Thank you Remi~! You are a wonderful ”young man” and so appreciated by us. The Lord bless you. The Davis Family

PPengguna TetamuThis ****** hotel is amazing, but it is on the pricier side. There was a bit of construction while we were there, which wasn't too impactful. Apart from that, the pool was great for the kids, the location was perfect (we wanted to be near the night market and it's within walking distance). It was a quick and cheap Lyft/Uber to the night life. Overall we'd stay here again.

Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days.
Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional.
But for convenience its fine.

PPengguna TetamuHotel guest services is very poor upon arrival, only focussed on bus service to airport. Way to much valuable free time when no bus runs to airport, that could be sanitizing sitting areas. Very poor communication, information sheet of what the hotel has to offer is only at the front desk. Basically who ever deserves to know the services they offer. The service clerk put that blame on our facilitator, ” That was your facilitator that should have informed you, she had all your keys!” Like every hotel has all those informal sheets provided in all guest rooms. My facilitator is not your employee, she was a guest along with us. Stayed there for 6 days, they considered that a long period of stay and they do not service rooms unless requested. Upon my request was for fresh washcloths, the bed was made the full garbage bins were left and no fresh washcloths as requested. Service clerk turned into a joke and claimed she did not know what I was talking about and did not know what a washcloth was. The filthiest gym, after I had walked in, I really needed to do my exercises. That was my first and last. I was concerned of contracting a staph infection from that hotel. My dozen of eggs and all my vegetables and dip froze in the fridge, the manager said all he can do is offer me a free Breakfast. I replied no, the service on your busiest day the servers have no patience, And my dip alone cost the amount of a breakfast, I can not eat too much restaurant food because I get sick very easy! My vegetables I had provided and accommodate was meant for my lunch during my whole stay. For a very busy hotel I am sure that staff is well informed ahead of time to be mindfully prepared of the amount of guests to be expected for all service provided by hotel. Very poor at the baggage storage, provide tickets, no consistency with tickets, my belongings were seperated, had to return back to hotel to retrieve my belongings, manager claim no contact information or my contact number. Ridiculously EXPENSIVE hotel filled with poor services from front desk to restaurant. Food is very good !

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel location is different from the trip.com page , must reconfirm with host. The check in process is easy. However the first night is really nightmare , I arrived late and when I went to washroom , the washroom seems not being used for long time , dusty with two big spiders in the shower place, I was so scared to use it and also the room was freezing cold at night because it is in first floor and no heating .
Other than that, the location is quite safe and bus stop is right outside the house and 10 min to Richmond skytrain station which easily to access to city with 1hour.
The room also spacious and clean with comfortable furniture.

Last minute booking & were pleasantly surprised. Free shuttle to & from airport. Room was better than some of the hotels we had stayed in with our tour. Bed & pillows super comfy, hot running water, clean & 2 queen beds in room. Staff were lovely & very helpful. Breakfast basic - yoghurt, juices, cereal, toast, fruit & tea/coffee. Cook your own waffles which was a lovely touch. Late checkout of 11.00 & were happy to store luggage while we waited in their meal room all day for our flight later that evening. Also offered free wi-fi.
