Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel in der Kategorie: Deluxe-Studio. Das Hotel liegt 150 m von der Bahnstation nach Bern entfernt. Die Bahn fährt tagsüber alle 22 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt zum Bahnhofsplatz/Spitalgasse für 14€ pro Person. Die Tiefgaragenplätze für 15€ pro Tag sind groß und vor dem Hotel gab es keine freien Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Per Self-check-in wurde eine Karte für das Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Luftzirkulation in den Fluren bis zum Zimmer sowie auch die Luft im Deluxe-Studio war sehr ”abgestanden”. Da sich im Deluxe-Studio die Fenster öffnen lassen, ist die Luft schnell wieder frisch. Das Deluxe-Studio hat eine Größe von 27 m2 und viel Stauraum in einem großen Schrank. Das Bett ist bequem mit Blick auf einem großen Flat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch ein kleiner Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Ein Schreibtisch steht direkt vor der Fensterfront mit Gardinen und Außenrollläden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wird erfüllt.

This was an amazing experience to visit Berna and stay at Muri Hotel, everything was just perfect and Isabel at the front desk was the nicest person ever, She was very friendly and willing to help in everything we could need. The location is perfect and the transportation very easy and free to get to the heart of the city. If I ever come back to Berna, I will definitely choose Muri Hotel again. Felt in love with Berna ♥️🇨🇭♥️

This villa was our “trailhead” for our Bern immersion. Our group of 5 was completely besotted by the convenience of this location: quiet and elegant location ridiculously convenient to Bern’s hallmark mass transit. Unexpected bonuses: fresh seasonal fruit (apples during our stay), daily sparkling water with gas, a delightful and wide ranging selection of teas, charming terrace, and old world breakfast room. Exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction apparent throughout. Highly recommend!

Very cozy appartment. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom perfect and nice with the necessary, shampoo/douche gel, hand soap, good towels, cosmetic set, sewing set .And the kitchen with all you need, fridge, oven, dishwasher, nespresso with some capssules. All perfect! Thank you

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Complimentary Public Transport pass 4. Clean and Hygienic room 5. B’ful view from the window 6. Check In and Check out was smooth Negatives 1. Small room 2. Items in the mini bar were quite expensive 3. Small bed 4. Air Condition in the room was bit confusing in terms of controlled heating/cooling

Traditional Swiss hotel inside and out. Host were great and helpful and the service very professional. However the rooms and en-suites could do with up grading as they are getting a little tied. My bed creaked ever time I moved in it which did not help my sleep. Large wide screen TV was great but the channels available were limited if you didn’t speak English, and those channels that were available had poor reception. Eating outside in the garden was nice especially with the great weather we had. The menu selection was vast with various different international cuisines available at reasonable prices. Breakfast was simple but ample for me. In summary good hotel but some upgrading needed to bring it up to Swiss standards.

The worst experience of my life! I planned to visit the beautiful city of Bern with my family a few years ago. The visit to the city was wonderful and to top it off I chose a four star “Boutique Hotel” to stay with my family and have a great experience. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! The hotel put my family in a room on the top floor in the ATTIC with small windows and no air circulation. To solve this, the “four star Boutique Hotel” put a fan in the room. Apart from this problem, the room had a hydraulic problem and the hotel found a very creative solution to solve the problem! The entrance door to the room was cut and through it passed a tube that entered through the outside of the wall reaching the bathroom with the door also cut! a work of art that unfortunately does not match the expectations I had for a “Boutique Hotel” in Bern - Switzerland! A very sad experience! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! ( attached photos )
