Ich fühlte mich, bereits nach dem ersten Telefonat willkommen. Als ich die Rezeption des Hotels betrat, wurde dieser Eindruck bestätigt. Man nahm sich für mich zeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Am nächsten Tag (Ein Sonntag) wurde mir um 0700, ein köstliches Frühstück angeboten. Der Autoparkplatz befindet sich gleich beim Hotel und dieser wurde mit gratis angeboten.

A really disappointing experience, the aircon in the room did not work, we were given a double bed even though we had called ahead and were reassured that we had two twin beds. We got a room here as part of a package with Coldplay tickets so the room wasn’t booked directly with the hotel. This was the main reason we called ahead of our stay to ensure we had the correct bed setup - we are father and daughter so a double bed was not appropriate. When I phoned to confirm the person behind the desk said he was too busy with check ins and would call me back- two hours later and still nothing. When I called back the person I spoke to was rushing to get me off the phone, I confirmed that they had our booking and asked if we had a room with twin beds. The person I spoke to advised we had two twin beds and everything was fine, when we checked in after our concert this was not the case. The hotel was fully booked and the bed could not be split into two twins so we had to make do with a double. The room itself was very hot and stuffy, the aircon didn’t work - initially we couldn’t get it to switch on due to the finicky lock on the window but even once on it did not do much to cook down the room. The only positive thing we have to say really is that the breakfast was okay and staff did try and resolve the situation with the bed by coming to check if they could split the bed into two which unfortunately couldn’t be done. The shower was mediocre and there were no toiletries provided in the room - only some soap for hand washing. The shower heat was not consistent, it kept going hot and cold whilst in use. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, I am not sure how this is classed as 4 stars.

The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast. With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time. In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there. When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs. I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa. He is very friendly. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a brilliant base to explore Zurich and see the Christmas markets. The room was spacious and warm and had everything that was needed, including a large bathroom, safe and fridge As for the hotel itself, it is a wonderful concept supporting young adults and giving them the opportunity of employment. All staff we met and spoke to were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental and delicious. Always had enough choice. We also popped into the restaurant for lunch once and the food was excellent. Location wise, this worked for us as a tram stop was 2 minutes from the hotel and you could be most places in 30mins. The airport is also 20 mins by the same tram I would definitely recommend staying here whilst in Zurich.

If you are going to Dubendorf, this is a sweet small 2 stars hotel, with very clean, functional rooms. The reception guys are really helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is in a decent well lit, very clean and tidy restaurant with a fair variety of food including hot items. Very easy to access from airport via tram.

Abbiamo prenotato presso Ibis, in modo casuale e senza aspettative particolari, ma con grande sorpresa siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cordialità, disponibilità e professionalità dello staff, che ha allietato il nostro soggiorno, prodigandosi per ogni nostra necessità. Un ringraziamento di cuore va a Jasleen e a Sanya per quanto hanno fatto per noi. Altamente consigliato. Noi ritorneremo senz'altro!

酒店的硬件設施挺不錯，床很大，裝修很獨特……但服務遠遠達不到五星的水平，可以說沒有服務……員工見到客人都不打招呼，早上放了一下DND結果一整天就沒人來打掃。最奇怪的是作為一個機場酒店沒有免費的shuttle bus

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.
