Big spacious room with everything you need. Shower had music playing when in use which was interesting. Had a great night sleep. In a decent area with free parking for guests. Would stay again.

Cangzhou is the 6th stop of our business trip. When choosing a hotel in Cangzhou, we read a lot of hotel-related reviews on Ctrip and other platforms, and finally chose Tianyue Hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to Nanchuan Lou, just a few minutes walk away. It is very convenient for dining, shopping, recreation and going to various attractions. Hotel amenities and staff are excellent , warm greetings by staff , always pay attention to the needs of guests , clothes washing service, shoe cleaning service and many more you just need to ask staff they will help you earliest . The toilet and bathroom are also separate, dry and wet , very convenient. The second day's breakfast is really very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western, Chinese food also combines a lot of local characteristics, sheep intestine soup is very authentic! All kinds of pasta are also very delicious, there are many types of western food, all kinds of small bread, small dessert, yogurt, etc., the restaurant staff is also very warm, very positive and timely to help clean up the tableware, next time come to Cangzhou to play, will certainly choose this hotel!

Location is vey good so near Cangzhou railway station, taxi charge 9 RMB , frond desk not speaking English but can cooperate with them through application mobile , restaurant is very good , many varieties of food

我確實不太愛給酒店做評價，寫的呢一般都是酒店前台要好評幫着做個任務，這家酒店呢算是我想説點什麼的了！ 我非常討厭明知道顧客會不滿意還要明知故犯的去做，然後事後不停的道歉，真的是道德綁架！ 9月13日晚到店，前台要求加48元升級轉天兩點退房外加兩人早餐，我明確告知，早上起的晚，吃不了早餐，另外我是華住會員，本身應該有早餐和延遲退房禮遇，前台告訴我華住會員在他們酒店無法享受權益，因為我攜程平台訂的房，我也沒跟她矯情，告訴她就住一天，給不了算了 9月14日早10點50，電話鈴聲吵醒，當時屋裡比較黑，睡的有點實，幾乎是驚醒的，詢問我是否續住，我真的是大無語了，續住我自己不會下訂單嗎，設定好的鬧錶，就是想補個覺，怎麼就這麼急着讓退房？？？ 11點50下樓退房，前台拿出來個什麼洗漱禮盒，説是要道歉並能給他們個好評！ 我就想知道，你們想過切身實際的為顧客服務嗎？盡職盡責的把工作安排妥當，更好的服務客人，而不是明知道自己行為有過失還要去做，然後拿點什麼破東西就覺得人家能原諒你們，違心的寫個好評！這是你們公司考評員工所要得到的效果？真的是奇怪了！ 橘子酒店全國性質追着寫好評，慎重選擇，真的好煩

中秋節帶父母到滄州遊玩2天，果斷選擇這家酒店，在北京延慶剛住過這家集團下五星級酒店，所以這次再次選擇，酒店在大化園區裏，早上和晚上可以遊覽大化園區，避開人多的時候。酒店服務很好，大堂有coffee bar，這個是我選擇重要原因之一。

房間如常，維也納連鎖酒店都差不多的。毛病有二。1.大堂一股樟腦丸的味道。莫非衹有我聞到？ 2.早餐的餐廳估計是被人承包的。早餐也就一般，暫且不予置評。但是由於小孩賴床起不來。我特此提出，本來想打包一點糕點回房間。一個男人嘀嘀咕咕態度極不友好！如果周邊吃東西方便，誰會貪圖這麼難吃的早餐啊！

特別滿意的一次入住， 位置優越，交通方便，房間潔凈並且寬敞明亮，設計很有特色。特別是服務猶如到家了，服務周到，贈送了水果、牛奶，前台小陳等兩位服務員非常細心。早餐時經理囑咐餐廳我們不吃豬肉，專門介紹素食，餐食可口，餐廳服務員熱情。附近清真飯店很好，獅城公園很美。

房間乾淨，小黃服務周到，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗。小黃的專業和熱情讓人印象深刻，房間的整潔程度更是讓人贊歎。小黃的服務不僅僅是滿足基本需求，更是超出了期待，讓人感受到了家的温馨。總的來説，這是一款值得推薦的產品，無論是對於尋找舒適住宿環境的人，還是對於享受個性化服務的人，都是一個不錯的選擇。建議可以進一步提升小黃的培訓，讓他的服務更加專業化，同時保持房間的清潔度，以滿足更多客户的需求。

Great, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. During my trips to China, this was the only hotel where staff actively approached me to offer assistance, even guiding me around to ensure I didn’t get lost. While a bit more English would be helpful, it’s understandable given that Cangzhou doesn’t see many tourists. I was slightly unsure if there was a restaurant where I could get coffee at any time. Breakfast was good, but the gym felt small and below average compared to other hotels in Cangzhou.
