院子佈置很漂亮，進門處的綉球花開的很漂亮。房間寬敞，隔音一般，但是採光很好。民宿環境整體不錯，服務員小姐姐人很好上大分，推薦的幾個店很好吃。坐在大廳的時候很主動提供茶水，咖啡，咖啡不知道是什麼豆子但很香。第二天早餐也很不錯。還很熱心幫我們去買了旁邊很火的炸串。

太適合遛娃養老的年輕人了！！
洗澡能坐着抱寶寶洗，木頭角很貼心都是圓角，寶寶很喜歡趴在床尾欄桿上玩。
200元的房間裏配備有冰箱和洗衣機！
除了廁所間裏有洗手池，洗衣機旁邊也有一個洗手池，對於遛娃的家庭太方便了，一個人洗澡，另一個人洗奶瓶不用去衞生間。
出租車喊到門口很方便，起步價11元，到虞山和尚湖距離都很近。

首先表揚小管家很好，有問題找他都可以解決。工作人員也很熱情。
但是硬件設施不太行
1.滑滑梯感覺有45°角，太陡，小朋友容易翻下來
2.廁所的門很不順滑，關的時候很難關上，門鎖很難扣上。但離譜的是，偶然從外面用力一關，能裏面自動反鎖上。

到沙家浜工業園區出差，在**上刷到了這個千年古鎮，所以訂了古鎮上的這家客棧，環境不錯，訂的是閣樓的街景房，但是看到河景也不錯，本有點小遺憾，誰知美女老闆立馬幫我換到河景房，蠻感謝老闆的。客棧不錯，老房子有年代感，不像那種新造作舊的建築，就是這個古鎮沒有**裏宣傳的那麼繁華。

A hidden gem of a hotel, a short walk from Shajiabang scenic area. Staff were very friendly, allowing us a late check out. The peace and tranquility are the outstanding features of this property, making it an ideal spot for a romantic getaway.

I just came out of the bar, and it's only a few hundred meters' walk to this hotel. The location is fantastic! Overall, it's pretty good in other aspects too.
The cleanliness is quite good, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very nice. I like the smiley service here.

經常去常熟，攜程上刷到了這個新酒店，説實話心情是忐忑不定的，因為評分不太高，決定試試看，卻給了我一個驚喜，酒店硬件就達標星級酒店，設施不僅新，還有高級感，床墊，枕頭，布草都好，乾淨舒適，更好的是服務，服務人員都笑臉相迎打招呼，有需求儘量滿意，前台的美女小張耐心細緻的接待，酒店還有洗衣房，外賣有機器人送，我忘了訂早餐，酒店的領導還讓我們體驗了早餐，很棒，麪包，牛奶，咖啡，水果，養生粥，小餛飩，麪條，粗糧都有，而且是新鮮現煮的，特別滿意，真的是快捷酒店價格，星級酒店待遇。太讚了👍！

酒店的門面不夠大氣，但是內裏還是不錯的。房間寬敞舒適，尤其是衞生間整潔大氣。真是快捷酒店的門面三星的大堂，四星的房間，五星的衞生間。

和朋友一起出來玩，偶然逛到這裏，停車很方便，房間不大不小，適中。一樓可以喝茶聊天，每個房間都有陽台，需要可以喊老闆搬個桌椅。這個天氣坐在這裏還挺舒服的。值得推薦

XXiao WeiNice serene area. Hotel is well maintained. Aircon is not switched on all the time as the weather now is hot and cold (temperature can vary drastically). Room becomes a little stuffy as there is no circulation in the room. Will recommend this hotel though!!! friendly staff :)

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

I had an amazing experience at the Vienna International Hotel (Changshu Shimao Century Center branch)! Manager 谭经理 not only helped me retrieve my lost mobile phone but also personally dealt with the frustrating situation with the DiDi driver and customer service. She not only comforted me but also offered assistance proactively. Her exceptional dedication and support made the entire experience even more outstanding. And of course, the hotel room was very comfortable. I highly recommend it!”

TThesolotravellerLovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one!
Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us.

WWeifengThis hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

PPengguna TetamuI arrived late after a long day of travel and meetings. The reception was efficient, and I found the room clean, well-lighted, and airconditioned. The shower was excellent, with lots of standing room and no flooding onto the floor. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine. I will return to Changshul often this summer and will be sure to stay at the Pulisi again. :-)

PPengguna TetamuThis is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer.
I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately.
They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge.
If you have to order food, now they have a robot that brings the food to the front of your door!
I strongly recommend this hotel for the service and cleaning of the room.
