前台女員工態度非常差。酒店也不提供水與前台溝通態度也不好，就是愛住不住。沒有暖氣靠空調取暖！衞生間居然看到噁心的東西，用過的開塞露。

房間衞生間，晚上洗澡時酒店標配牆壁瓶裝護髮素瓶口出口堵住，無法使用，電話至前台，被告知，這事不歸前台管，晚上沒有客房服務員，都下班了。號稱四星酒店，頭一次遇到這種事。最後前台服務員送來一瓶護髮素，表情沒有歉意，非常不樂意地強調説，這不歸他們管。還得我説“謝謝你”
早餐不錯，其他硬件還好，另外酒店側面“迎賓館”霓虹燈有損形象。

在外邊出差好幾年了，從來沒評價過，不過這家酒店必須給個五星大大好評，首先是裝修環境真是太温馨了，屋裡設施全部智能控制，就連我點個外賣都是機器人送到房間的，封閉式停車場，還有保安大哥幫我指揮倒車，早餐也很豐盛，以後來法庫住店就選你家啦！

法庫不打，但是這家酒店真的很棒，超乎了我的想象，房間很大，也很暖和，温度正好，新裝修的房間一點味道都沒有，對面就是客運站，出行很方便，最主要還有免費停車場，大堂內就有咖啡廳，老闆很有品味！下次還來

前台大姐人很好，很熱情周到，房間相對於價格很實惠。我把包落到旁邊的早餐店，想起來后是聯繫前台姐姐，姐姐幫我收到酒店了，非常感謝。

Perkhidmatan kakitangan disediakan dan sangat prihatin. Satu-satunya perkara tentang hotel ini ialah kalis bunyinya terlalu buruk. Apabila anda menelefon di sebelah, orang di telefon boleh mendengar segala-galanya. Keputusan itu tidak keterlaluan. Tapi makcik cleaning tu sangat baik dan rajin. Semoga makcik sihat
