是一次很好的入住體驗。山莊環境幽靜，獨棟的房子，很寬敞，一樓是大廳，二樓是房間，都有獨立衞浴，配有電動馬桶。陽台視野開闊，空氣很好。游泳池池水很清澈，有半遮的頂棚，太陽大也能去游泳。餐廳的烤雞很好吃。這裏的服務人員都很熱情友好，不論是前台還是泳池、餐廳，都很替客人着想，有什麼找他們都積極解答。很推薦！

優點:1導航準確，酒店是東興老牌酒店，招牌很顯眼，有樓前和地下兩個停車場，地上能停大約2 30輛左右，自駕方便。離開時掃碼輸入車牌即可出車。2前台接待熱情，有耐心。兩步户外觀光電梯直達各樓層，靠界河一側能看到越南關口景觀。3房間設施齊備，滿足需要。4早餐屬於半自助式，種類雖然不是很多，但吃的比較舒服，服務員主動幫助煎蛋，不限數量。5酒店樓下就能看到大清國五號界碑和滙路紀念碑，周邊還能逛逛老巷子 文昌塔 中越友好紀念碑，步行或電動車去貴州路小吃街轉轉。 建議:酒店設施有點略顯陳舊，衞生細節需要注意。 綜評:比較推薦入住。

酒店安排了可以望到口岸和越南的景觀房，房間很舒服，有小零食，乾濕分離，細節做到很到位，住了那麼多酒店，第一次遇到有小包洗衣液的，帶小寶寶，剛好適合我。雖然早餐一般般，但絲毫不影響我對酒店的滿意程度。

位置非常好，大清界碑就在附近，周邊好吃的很多，吹爆邊上一家芋鍾糖水的黑芝麻糊，這就是酒店交通便利的優勢。樓頂視野非常好，圖3就是手機長焦拍的越南芒街。 和其他維也納不一樣，這家完全是五星級硬件的底子，前台小姐姐很好，給我們升級成了越景房。 在東興不二之選，華美達其實和維也納完全同一幢樓，相信房型等也一樣，衹不過華美達樓層更高，當然價格也更高。自助餐都是在同一層不同區，維也納的自助早餐在這價位已經相當好了。

酒店在裝修，房間陳舊，有股黴味，衞生方面有待加強，衞生間門把手都是乳膠漆，入住沒有見有牙具紙巾之類的給客人準備。優點就是離海邊近，早餐有簡單的幾樣粥、炒粉、豆漿之類的，服務態度還行……希望裝修後能提供更好的服務……

第一次入住這家酒店，體驗感很好，一打開房門，房間乾淨整潔，住着也舒服，而且前台小妹服務態度很熱情哈😄很耐心的為我們解答，而且我是來這邊旅遊的，酒店離口岸挺近的，附近有個夜市，晚上挺熱鬧的，本次旅遊較滿意，下次還來！！！
