Such a nice place to go for weekend relaxation. We love the infinity pool and the cleanliness of the entire area. The food is good; if you want barbecue, be sure to order in advance or, better yet, bring your own meat. Unfortunately, we ordered, we waited, and then, after more than 30 minutes, they told us it wasn't available anymore. Also, it's so hard to take a taxi or Didi from there; we've asked the receptionist to help us, but she said they couldn't. We hope the receptionist can be more accommodating and helpful. Anyway,after an hour of waiting, we've got our own taxi without their help. But overall, we like staying there, and we will definitely come back for the infinity pool and nature.

酒店挺大的，去901醫院離的也很近，酒店房間整體很大采光很好，入住時還送了份點心，因為帶了長者還給長者送了泡腳桶整體服務真的很不錯，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，尤其前台戴黑色眼鏡的那個小姑娘非常熱情入住的時候看我東西多也是幫我送到了電梯，出了電梯還有客房阿姨送到房間[強]，下次來合肥還會選擇這家酒店，真心感覺很不錯

Generally quiet, though you’ll likely hear room doors opening and closing from the corridor as the walls seem to be a bit thin. If I go back to Hefei, I’d stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuLovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

TTempranoThe hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us
The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

PPengguna TetamuI thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The pictures match the actual apartment. Loved the location! There are so may restaurants( local and a couple Western fast food spots) just outside. The host responded quickly and was available if I needed anything. Daily cleaning service ( replaced water bottles, provided new towels, simple mop of the floor). There are two grocery stores in the area. I could see the lakes, albeit between a few buildings, but it was still lovely. Five or ten minute walk to the lake. There are several malls in the area as well. The apartment was pretty clean, I’d give it a 7.5/10. The area and the apartment building itself was busy. Lots of people going in and out, but still quiet inside. 24/7 guard at the entrance. Taxis could easily find the apartments. The bed was firm. The sofa wasn’t comfortable but it was sufficient. Wi-Fi was strong. Water was hot but shower pressure was weak, at times. Enjoyed having a kitchen to make breakfast, but you’d need to bring your own pots, seasonings and other supplies to cook. Loved my stay. Highly recommended, especially for the location and price.

AAnxious but kindA Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal.
One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

房间本身很干净，维护得很好，所以住得很舒服。家政团队显然非常注意确保每一个细节，从新鲜的床单到一尘不染的浴室。
酒店的地理位置是另一大优势。由于靠近地铁，所以四处走动和轻松探索这座城市非常方便。尽管地理位置优越，但价格非常合理，物超所值。
早餐是每天早上的一大亮点，各种各样的美味真的让我为一天做好了准备。食物的质量和选择都很出色，以这样一顿令人满意的饭菜开始每一天都是一种享受。
需要改进的一个方面是房间的噪音消除。由于离地铁很近，我确实注意到了一些偶尔会干扰我睡眠的环境噪音。然而，在一次出色的住宿中，这只是一个小问题。
总之，这家酒店在许多方面都很出色：卓越的接待、高效的入住、干净的房间、便利的位置、合理的价格和美味的早餐。如果在噪音消除方面有一点改进，它将是真正完美的。我一定会考虑再次留在这里，并将其推荐给其他人。

缺點:房間內有的椅子不太穩，床也有點吱呀；衞生間是電熱水器，容量有限，洗澡要注意時間；空調在房間內沒什麼作用，可能是房間太大，功率太小；衞生間細節處衞生待加強；沒有前台服務，需要自行聯繫老闆～

PPengguna TetamuGood location and great hotel staff. Room can be better in cleanliness and bathroom shower had a problem with the drainage as water was clogging. Service of the hotel staff was very good, extremely cordial and friendly and they went out of their way to explain any details asked for. Night staff also remembered to tell the Morning staff of my requirements to book a taxi for me early morning. Location is good with lot of nearby places to eat. and a Metro supermarket right at the side within 2 minutes of walking. Very close to the Hefei South railway station and good for people taking early morning trains as it saves time beating traffic. Subway station is 2 minutes away from the hotel and just 1 stop to the South Railway station. Overall good value for money. Rooms, cleanliness and bathroom Drainage can be better.
