服務真的很不錯，熱情禮貌，包括走廊上遇到的阿姨也會主動問好。之前也有住過，這次定的房間比較小，打電話給前台想升級個房間，前台很貼心的把房間轉到我之前住過的那間房，給我一種很強的歸屬感和熟悉感，這次回來，還給配了一天一份的水果，前台也添加了些便利客户的小玩意。這家酒店是我真心的好評，不像附近那幾家新開的會要求好評返現什麼的。希望你們酒店越做越好

在三亞住了一個月離島出發前往中越邊境崇左，因輪渡當誤時間，6點多天色建黑，在高德導航推薦途徑高檔酒店，下高速幾分鐘抵達柏年，很是驚訝，酒店好到超出預期，辦理入住期間，孩子每人喝了杯免費咖啡，前台漂亮小姐姐特別好，看到有小孩給免費升級了超大房間，房間裝修很有格調，硬件絕對五星標準，浴室水壓很大，洗髮液非常好，而且乾濕分離非常方便，酒店樓下路邊晚上有小吃很好吃，水果很便宜，今年冬遊開了11000多公里，這家酒店是性價比最高的酒店，五星好評，強烈推薦
